Staff were friendly and spoke English. I appreciated the return of my email that indicated we were to use the La Roche bus stop and not the Chauderon stop listed in the hotel website. You may want to update this.

The location is very centric and with easy access to public transportation and sightseeing.
The hotel clearly states that there is No refrigerator, but it would be a nice convenience to add.

Location
We requested an additional bed for the children, but it was not comfortable. The washroom also had an issue where water would spill onto the floor during use. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave, and complimentary drinking water was not provided.
