Very loud and noisy

The location is convenient by the metro station.

Extremely loud. Loud music playing in the ground floor bar. Loud doors in the hallways slamming all throughout the night. Voices, even at normal speaking volume, can be heard through the windows. Bathroom is very poorly designed.

Would stay again we loved it!!

Location was perfect! The roof bar was brilliant and loved the cocktails! moved inside to the ground floor bar for some more drinks and an amazing atmosphere.

The noise outside was quite bad till early hours, second night the police arrived to break up the arguments but looked like homeless people.

I thought that IBIS means some decent quality but it provides bedbugs

Very good location, possibility to have a decent breakfast.

Room very uncomfortable - super small (there is no place to fit the open suitcase). Layout ridiculous (toilet and shower in separated "cabinets"). Cleanliness not great (sheets and towels were fresh every day but at the same time the space under the bed was not cleaned well as I found some empty plastic coffee cream capsule). The worst thing was however the fact that there was no possibility to open the window (fully fixed). This resulted in literally no fresh air coming to the room, high temperature in the room even when 12degC outside. Ceiling fan was not improving situation much and somehow made the air inside the room very dry which after several nights resulted in bleeding nose. Colleague of mine found bedbug in one of the room on the other floor and hotel staff did nothing about it.

Not a good night sleep unfortunately.

The hotel location is great, right next to the metro train line that leads you in one direction to the Genfersee and the other direction to the old town. Check-in and checkout were quick.

They put me in a room facing not just the road but directly underneath their bar. On top of that there was a concert that went all hours of the night across the street (this was a Friday night). When I asked if I could be moved to the other side of the building I was met with not just a negative response but he recommended me to go out and enjoy the city if it's too noisy. I'm sorry but I paid for the room to sleep, not to go out all night. The mention of soundproof window is false as you can hear everything outside. The shower room was not only small but when used water ran out into the room. I used all the towels provided to try to soak up the water on the floor.

Enjoyed my stay here

Art hotel, perched very near the El Flon metro station. A visitor transport card is supplied so getting there and around the city by public transport is easy. Staff are friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is served in the ground floor bar area and very good.

Walls to thin. I could hear the neighbors having fun. Unable to change the temperature of the room, so had to ask for a space heater because it was too cold. Shower room was a different room to the toilet and the water leaked out into the room.

Quirky, noisy hotel.

I liked the quirky decor, very comfortable bed and helpful staff at check in. Good central location.

Firstly 4pm check in is a little late if you have a planned event to go in. Luckiky the receptionist/barman allowed us to check in a little early. The room is very small and loo, sink and shower are all separate. The sink and mirror are tiny and whilst they have made a good use of space, it’s a little awkward. The loo was not particularly clean either. We hardly spent any time in the room but it was very noisy outside ALL night, not just with traffic but people shouting in the streets. The breakfast was very limited which was a little disappointing for the price paid. Generally a nice place but wouldn’t pay the money to stay here again.

The room is very very small. The shower and toilet were very tiny and unconfortable. The sink was next to the bed! If its necessary only for sleeping one night it is possible to stay. But I would not recommend the hotel. The facilities did not meet my expectations. I would recommend better staying in Geneva and going to Lausanne for the day.
