Really nice appartment in Cochem with the city center just around the corner.

Really good location, nice Italian restaurant around the corner. Ideal if you want to visit Cochem with a dog. Also, the people from the Pension are very friendly.

Nice hotel but fees and extras should be better communicated.

The owner of this hotel is a wonderful woman who is so very kind and helpful. Views from the room are incredible. I hate to leave a mediocre review, but there were issues.

The ad on booking dot com for the apartment we booked was for two rooms. However, we were charged and extra 15 euro a night to use that second room. This needs to be better communicated on the booking platform. I feel we were charged extra for what we already booked. The apartment itself is nice. The kitchen is large and a nice place to socialize. The kitchen, however, is lacking basic utensils and should be better equipped.

2 bedroom apartment located 10 minutes walk from the center, please note that this will be an uphill walk all the way. The hostess is very nice but doesn't speak English. The furnishings in the rooms are very simple, no air conditioning. Parking right in the backyard of the house, 4 euros per day extra. Perfect kitchen's size. Nice view from the window to the castle and the quiet city. No problems with Wi-Fi.

Need refresh the towels. The paper towels should be added to the kitchen and the bathroom should have at least the most basic toiletries. Stairs to the third floor. The protruding steel beams are inconvenient for cars, they restrict entry and exit from the apartment, you can freely use the car only until 11 am or after 18:00, the rest of the time the apartment cannot be reached by car, as the entrance is blocked by steel beams.

Very pleasant

The host was a very very friendly lady !! Although I spoke no word in German, she did her best to communicate with me despite the language barrier, on my check out day, she even gave me a small scarf as a goodbye gift and drove me to the train station !! In a word I loved my weekend stay at the pension !

Family visit for the Christmas market.Ideally located .Wonderful staff eager to please.

Having someone who went above the call of duty to ensure that we had everything we wanted.Booked a breakfast for the last day it was a continental as one would expect but plentiful and the taste and flavours left us wanting more.It was excellent and I recommend without question.

Cochem weekend.

Location space facilities comfort value most of all the owners who are really nice people. Breakfast was amazing with variety and attention to detail well set up for motorcycles as the have a secure garage at the property. Highly recommended not the most boutique chic but a lovely homely place to stay.

Hele mooie plek. We hadden het appartement met uitzicht op de burcht. Het was van alles voorzien en netjes,een heel fijn appartement en de vrouw des huizes is ook een ontzettend fijn mens, heel behulpzaam,niets is teveel voor haar.

Der Charme des alten Hauses und vor allem die wunderbare Vermieterin. Sie fuhr uns zum Einkaufen und zum Bahnhof, ging auf unsere Sonderwünsche hinsichtlich des (hervorragenden) Frühstücks ein und gab uns wertvolle Ratschläge.

Goeie prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Mooie locatie, uitzicht op de bergen, dorpje en kasteel. Deze was bereikbaar in 19 min. Lopen.

Oud pand, daardoor krakende vloeren, en douchewater afvoer was niet heel goed.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Burg

Alles wunderbar. Unglaublich nette Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich ab der 1. Minute wie daheim. Es war alles da, kochen kein Problem. Pizzeria 50 m weiter. Die Aussicht auf die Burg ist ein Traum. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Falls man Frühstück wünscht , ist auch das möglich . Hervorragend. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder liebe Frau Gräf ❤️

Fantastisch!

Gastvrije ontvangst door Frau Graf, (ontzettend lieve gastvrouw). Zij wist ons van alles te vertellen over Cochem en omgeving! Heerlijk vers ontbijt, elke dag schone kamer met opgemaakte bedden. Prijs/kwaliteit=Goed. Lange wandelingen gemaakt in de natuur. Fantastische omgeving!

Perfekt boende nära de centrala delarna av Cochem

Trevligt boende alldeles nära stadens centrala delar och nära borgen. Världens mysigaste värdinna gjorde en fantastisk frukost buffé. Missa inte den! Bra med egen ingång och en liten uteplats. Enkelt att lasta ur bilen.

Alles so wie man sich einen Gastgeber und eine Ferienwohnung wünscht

Die Gastgeberin war sehr sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsereit. Sie hat uns am Bahnhof abgeholt und uns am nächsten Morgen zum Supermarkt gefahren, damit wir unsere Einkäufe nicht zur Ferienwohnung tragen mussten. Am ersten Morgen konnten wir ein hervorragendes Frühstück dazu buchen. Sie hat uns hervorragende Tipps zu Restaurants und Weinstuben gegeben. Am Abfahrtstag haben wir wieder das Frühstück genossen und unsere Gastgeberin hat uns zum Bahnhof gefahren und herzlichst verabschiedet. Wir können die Pension Graef mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen. Wir würden oder besser werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Cochem die Pension Graef wieder buchen.

Ein dickes Dankeschön an Frau Gräf

Allein dieser Service das man als Fremder extra von der Bahn abgeholt wurde.Es war alles vorhanden,sauber,sehr freundlich und nett.Achso wer mit Frühstück bestellt bekommt reichlich und gut.Sie ist auch Ratgeber für Wander und Reiseempfehlung. Sie macht ihre Gäste wirklich zufrieden.Nochmal ein dickes Dankeschön an Sie von Fam.L.

Das kein Supermarkt in der Nähe ist aber wenn man was möchte bekommt man das auch von ihr oder sie besorgt es. Es ist einfach Wahnsinn.

Wir kommen wieder

Die Pension liegt sehr günstig. 10 Minuten sind es bis zur Reichsburg und 10 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Unsere Vermieterin, Frau Gräf, ist eine sehr herzliche und nette Frau. Eine richtige Goldperle . Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück war reichlich und mit viel Liebe gedeckt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und es ist alles da.

Es gibt nichts,was wir zu bemängeln haben.
