Location was fabulous. The view from the room was stunning. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Glass wall of shower leaves entire bathroom in view of the room. Perhaps a shower curtain covering the glass would assist with that.

The restaurant staff didn't pay attention, served the wrong drinks, and complaint that we pay with credit card, but the credit card was no problem when paying for the room. But the food was excellent and the chef was very helpful and serviceminded.

Exceptional

The room is very clean and nice view over the river. Staff is really friendly and helpful. My little girl was ill and we couldn't manage take her to doctor without the help from the staff. Highly recommend.

Schönes Hotel , komme gerne wieder

Ich hatte ein sehr geräumiges und schönes Zimmer mit einem tollen Bad. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür und von 18-08 Uhr morgens kostenfrei. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend

Die Sauna muss mindestens 1 1/2 h vor dem Saunagang eingeschaltet werden um auf Temperatur zu kommen. Die Saunatücher sollten unbedingt erneuert werden.

Sehr schöner, kurzer Aufenthalt, ich komme wieder, aber dann länger.

Ein sehr schönes großes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Das beste war das Resturant,tolle Aussicht auf die Mosel, ein super Frühstück, einfach klasse.

Goed hotel, fijne kamer en mooie omgeving. Jammer van het eten.

Kamer was heel ruim en van veel dingen voorzien.

Er was wel een keuken in de kamer maar geen voorzieningen, zelf geen koffie of thee op de kamer. We hadden besteld bij het diner maar hadden naar 1uur en 15 minuten nog niets op ons bord terwijl een groep die na ons besteld had al een voorgerecht opgediend gekregen en hun hoofdgerecht werd uitgeserveerd. Jammer dat de kok een groep kennelijk belangrijker vind dan een stel oudjes. Hij heeft ons ook niet meer hoeven bedienen.

Enkel ontbijt . De rest allemaal krijgt van mij 5sterren Vriendelijk onthaal en mooie verzorgde ruime kamers met douche. Je kan er ook lekker en voor een juiste goede prijs eten in restaurent. Service in restaurent was uitstekend,zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kortom zeer tevreden van dit hotel

Das sehr grosse und komfortable Zimmer mit zwei Balkonen und die sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage.

Das Wasser in der Dusche hatte viel zu wenig Druck.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Man kann abends gut essen und trinken, die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Ich fühle mich als Gast willkommen.

Nur etwas Marginales: Der äußere Türgriff der Badetür war etwas locker.

Wir kommen gerne wieder unter der Voraussetzung, dass die beschriebenen Mängel abgestellt werden.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und ausgesprochen nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr gute Ausstattung.

Fehlende eigene Gästeparkplätze, was wohl der besonderen Ufernähe gechuldet ist. Unser sehr schönes Zimmer befand sich im gegenüberliegenden Gebäude "Vino". Ausgesprochen störend war das laute Geräusch und der Ölabgasgeruch der Heizungsabgas-Anlage auf dem Hauptgebäude. Hier lässt sich bestimmt mit einfachen technischen Mitteln Abhilfe schaffen. Außerdem liegt es an der Hotelleitung sicherzustellen, dass durch eine Nichtbewirtschaftung der auf der Balduinstraße stehenden Außentische nach 22.00 Uhr die Nachruhe eingehalten wird und somit sehr störende Gästegeräusche vermieden werden.

Kurztrip nach Zell

Wir haben schon oft hier übernachtet und sind immer wieder begeistert. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer sprechen für sich. Diesmal haben wir im Hotelrestaurant gegessen und es war sehr lecker.

Overnachting tijdens meerdaagse trektocht langs de Moezel

Mooie rustige lokatie in het mooie Zell. Mooie ruime kamer ,goede bedden,goede badkamer met goede douche ( goede waterdruk) rustig gelegen aan een weg waar geen gemotoriseerd verkeer reed. Goed restaurant , prachtige ontbijtzaal met uitzicht op de wijnbergen en de Moezel. Uitstekend ontbijt. Fietsen garage vlak bij de hoetelkamer. Lift in t hotel. .

Sehr freundliches Personal, angefangen beim lustigen Wirt. Zentral gelegen direkt an der Mosel, schönes Zimmer mit Super-Aussicht auf dieselbe. Leckeres Essen und tolle Weinkarte in der gemütlichen Winzerstube, auch viele Weine im offenen Ausschank.

Auf dem Zimmer fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Wasserkocher mit ein paar Teebeuteln, wie das in Unterkünften dieser Qualität weltweit Standard ist

Super Lage direkt an der Mosel mit Schiffanleger

Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir durften auch schon früher einchecken. Sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer mit Balkone im gegenüberliegenden Gebäude. Wir hatten Glück und haben den letzten Parkplatz auf der Straße gegenüber vom hinteren Eingang des Hotels ergattert. 2€ Tagesticket. Super!! Beim Frühstück war alles da, außer den Sekt oder Secco den ich bei diesem Preis in anderen Hotels sonst gibt. War aber nicht schlimm. ;-)

Im Bad gab es leider keine (Nachfüllbare) Duschgel bzw Shampoo Flaschen. Es gab nur 2 KLEINE Beutel Duschgel. Je Person 1x und gar kein Shampoo. Hat definitiv nicht gereicht! Ich habe meine Haare dann nicht gewaschen. Ausgerechnet diesmal kein eigenes dabei gehabt.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön.

Die Lage war direkt an der Mosel und das Zimmer hatte Moselblick. Frühstück sehr gut.

Man konnte durch Glasscheiben ins Bad schauen. Nicht jeder mag das. Vielleicht Jalousien anbringen damit jeder Gast selbst entscheiden kann ob er die andere Person im Bad sehen möchte. Vergrösserungsspiegel sollten in jedes Bad sowie Duschgel an die Wand. Wir konnten ein anderes Zimmer bekommen mit separatem Bad.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Sehr nettes freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer inkl. Bad sind groß, renoviert, hell und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt.
