Would stay again !

Old-fashioned , cosy, family type hotel, very close to the centre (5-10 minutes walk), decent breakfast, own parking ! which is very rare in Baden-Baden, decent wifi, own greek restaraunt downstairs. Good value for money. Would stay again

For me absence of coffee machine in the room and even downstairs is a negative, i m an early riser and coupled with rather late breakfast ( unusual for germany) which starts at 8.00 is a significant negative, albeit i do realise its a matter of personal tastes. People with limited mobility should mind that there is no lift ( for me that was not a problem though)

Love this hotel, would stay again.

Greeted by Dimitris, who helped with our cases, very attentive at dinner and treated us to an ouzo after dinner. Excellent breakfast, cooked by Georgia, had bacon and egg followed by a lovely cold buffet, she also cooks dinner, this hotel has a Greek restaurant and its a gem. Our best meal so far. The locals eat here! Our room was small but manageable, modern bathroom with all amenities (razor/toothbrush etc.) The place is spotless, beds very comfortable. The hotel has old world charm.

This is a traditional hotel with pleasant atmosphere. Free parking at the hotel. Good location with easy stroll through a nice park to the town. Speedy service at reception.

Good place to stay with specific antique design

We stayed here for 1 night and it was almost the only possible place in our budget. Therefore, we appreciate it really much ;) The room is pretty big, as well as the bathroom. Private parking space, absolutely quiet street.

Baden - Baden is beautifull, the hotelroom was large and clean and everything was pleasant and nice.

Large and clean room, fast and friendly service. Also the location is excellent, walking distance from the very nice Lichtentaler Allee. The breakfast was not overly large, but provided everything required for a good and tasty breakfast. (The heated sandwiches were a very nice touch too)

One of the light buttons was broken (as in cracked and not attached properly, in stark contrast with the rest of the room being perfectly in order) and for some reason cleaning removed some of the bed covers the last night, which we noticed too late.

Cozy and welcoming stay only 10m walk to the town

We had an excellent stay at Athos. The included breakfast and coffee were excellent. The hotel was positioned from only 10m walk from the city so it was nice and quiet and remote area. During winter the room was warm and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and added a personal touch and care to everything.

Cost stay in Baden Baden

The owner was very friendly and welcoming! The hotel has the option of a buffet breakfast also for €10 (for the area this is a great price). The location is close to town and an easy walk, but there is also a bus stop right outside if required. Would definitely stay again!

The room had a smell of cigarettes when we first entered so we had to air it out. The milk with the tea was very off, not sure if the commodities had been checked for a while.

Nice location, considering how small Baden-Baden is it feels a little out of the way, but the town center is easy to get to on foot. My trip was during a fairly cold period in winter, and the bedding was adequately warm and comfortable.

Curtains please!

We were able to get a booking last minute. The walk to town is easy and parking was just out the back.

There were no curtains or windows coverings for our bathroom. Anyone could see you shower or go to the bathroom.

Fantastic proprietors

A fantastic position a few minutes from the gardens/ park leading to the town centre, and very friendly and extremely helpful proprietors. We ate in the restaurant, outside in the garden for dinner and breakfast which had a lovely relaxed feel, and good Greek food.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, great food.

Staff were really great. We got our motorbikes parked in a garage. Beer was lovely and cold. We had an evening meal and it was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.
