Everthing i love it. First of l would like say it was a very good option to get relax in italy..Homeovner Polina ❤️ and Stefano they are very hard trying to do give to you everthing. Place garden and restaurant.. Delicious food and perfect servis. Whats make their place different then other place for me? People are working there with their heart you feel like you are home not the hotel.. Thank you very much... Thank you i . I will come back..

Really loved our stay but this property needs luggage assistance to carry upstairs heavy luggages

Yes breakfast was good but I would have loved more selection & more Italian homemade breakfast foods, rather than packaged cookies being one example.

Nice villa in giant garden.

Small is beautiful and personal and only half an hour from Florence and Montecantini.

It’s not on a hill but close to the hart of the Prato textile industry. For me convenient for others not ideal. You don’t notice, smell or hear anything so don’t bother.

Villa imperdibile curata in tutti i dettagli (tranne uno).

Villa pazzesca alle porte di Pistoia, con giardino curato, mobili magnifici e letti di una comodità assoluta. Belle alcune porzioni di panorama.

La sala colazioni è un po' povera (anche se la colazione in sé buonissima) e i tavoli quadrati, abbinati a tovagliette da hotel anonimo, non rendono giustizia a un posto così speciale.

Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, eine alte Villa mit tollem Garten. Man fährt durch einen Vorort und erwartet nicht ein so wunderschönes Haus. Es gibt einen Pool und ein Restaurant mit ausgezeichnetem Essen und gutem Wein. Das Frühstück war super, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, absolut top!

Une bonne expérience

Bien que nous soyons arrivés 3h plus tôt que prévu, notre hôte a fait le maximum pour nous permettre de prendre la chambre. Ce qui nous avons beaucoup apprécié après avoir roulé toute la nuit.

L'isolation phonique de notre chambre n'était pas parfaite. Etant assez sensibles aux bruits, ça nous a parfois dérangé (en fonction de l'occupation de la chambre mitoyenne), sans pour autant être un problème

La location sicuramente di prim'ordine, ben curata e sfarzosa sotto diversi aSpetti. La disponibilità di ampie aree comuni afferscate (tipiche di una villa fine 700/800) La finezza delle finiture e dei mobili d'epoca che fanno vagamente ricordare la nottata in una corte medioevale . Caffè in capsule ed acqua in bottiglia sempre disponibili sul piano e gratuiti

Avendo poche stanze il personale non è sempre disponibile in reception, serve un minimo di organizzazione per gli orari di arrivo.
