Modern contemporary hotel in the Italian countryside

Second time I have stayed here. It's a lovely hotel in the countryside, the rooms are lovely, comfortable,, minimal and clean, with a modern design aesthetic. The hotel as a lovely pool which is great for a pre or post work swim, and has amazing views of the mountain. The restaurant is great, modern Italian food, using delicious locally sourced seasonal produce. Very quiet as well which is nice.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding views

Amazing hotel, very clean, beautiful design, nice pool area, simple breakfast, restaurant was nice, people kind. We really enjoyed!

We stayed in room 21 and there were no windows only two doors which one was like window. I like more daylight, so this is small nuence I did not like. However during day we did not spend time at the hotel, so it was not that disturbing.

Nice hotel

The staff was very polite and welcoming. The hotel is new and very nice built and decorated. There is a free private parking on site. Also there is a very nice pool in a beautiful, big garden. The rooms are big and the bed is comfortable.

The hotel didn’t provide any slippers, which was a big inconvenience for us. The breakfast was limited, no fresh vegetables for example, no fresh juices and so on. The restaurant for lunch and dinner is pretty expensive.

One of the most relaxing stays!

Beautiful property with nice Tuscan landscaping and pool area. We enjoyed the nature inside and outside the property! Staff was very helpful and kind - restaurant staff very attentive. Food and coffee were delicious. Even though they were preparing for a private evening event, they still let us use the pool area after we already checked-out and took care of us. Our chihuahua dog was impressed by the beautiful grass! :)

Our personal preference is a fully self-served breakfast instead of a combination of a buffet and a la carte options, but the food was great.

Exceptional

The location is perfect for a tour of tuscany, all the smaller cities are close for a short trip, Allesandro was perfect and always there if we needed something, great staff all around, clean cozy rooms. For our next trip to tuscany and Firenze we'll choose Ivivai sure again. Grazie a tutti 👍

Beautiful, new accommodation with very helpful and friendly staff.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff member, showing us to our room and helping us navigate around the area. In the evening, when car park was full, he even guided us to an open space, a very considerate gesture. The estate is brand new, offering 24h reception, outdoor pool and a very busy restaurant. Breakfast was abundant and quite diverse - although some food tasted bland.

We received a room with 1 window which was part of the door. Our window was facing the direct path the parking lot with many people passing and looking around. Windows had blinds but only fully covering, meaning our room was really dark. Room style is modern/industrial with micro-cement flooring and walls - not very pleasant to the feel. Although we booked a soundproof room, the room as not soundproof at all. Our neighbouring unit was still under construction with workers coming and going, and passing our room. This room is definitely not private. The location is around 45 minutes away from Florence which takes some of your time. The pool was opened but not heated. Value-wise, I expected more and based on this experience I probably would not return again.

Strange motel off a busy road

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was fine

This is a very strange hotel. It is located off a very busy road, and the extreme modern features feel very strange based on where it is located in Italy. The bathroom was so narrow it was hard to even open the shower door, and the rooms are so dark it was impossible to get ready. Not the type of hotel or experience you'd expect when visiting Tuscany/Florence.

A modern designed hotel in the wrong location

I like the design of the hotel in general, although it does not provide that Tuscan atmosphere, the interior is modern. The reception staff is really nice. Hotel is good overall for someone who has to be in that area for some reason /Prato is near etc. For any question they respond quickly to emails.

The hotel is near very loud main road. The heating in the bathroom wasnt working (we were with a little toddler). The bed was small. Breakfast choice was pretty poor (although the omelette was really good). The hotel is not located in an attractive part of Tuscany and you will have to drive up to an hour to get to those nicer parts of Tuscany. If you are traveling to Tuscany for the first time, like us, I would recommend the other part of Tuscany (on the Florence - Sienna stretch)

Lovely and calming place with modern architectural features. Nice fixtures and fittings and the building design was to my taste

The location was a bit close to the main road and there could have been more 'wild' feeling with the landscaping rather than lots of lawn.
