Great comfy stay in a good location and well appointed hotel at a great price.

Location was good as it was close to my customer and the airport, rooms were quiet. Breakfast was okay, but could get a little busy, depending on the time you arrive. Hotel is located next to a retail park so plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you don't like hotel food. Internet was good throughout the hotel and quite fast.

Hotel has been used by construction workers and the rooms had dirty floors, i had three different rooms before i had a floor that had an acceptable carpet, but reception was actually very understanding and helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Having said that the room itself was spotless with crisp clean white sheets and the room was made every day, so very impressed.

Nice, modern place near the airport—but unless you have a car, you’re kind of stuck.

Clean, modern room with a solid American-style breakfast. Huge mall right behind the hotel with food and shopping, plus an easy bus into Florence the next day.

No airport shuttle or transport options—€35 cab was the only way in. Without a car, you’re stuck in the middle of nowhere.

Quite disappointing, could have been worse but definitely could have been much better.

Staff were friendly and hotel was kept clean. Location was okay, it was near to a large shopping centre and had transport links to train station for other cities. Buses weren’t super common for going to the train station meaning we walked most of the time but that involved a somewhat unsafe walk to the near train station so take caution.

Breakfast selection was quite basic, with a handful of continental items, cereal and then small toast. Nothing much else on offer compared to other hotel stays with a much more diverse selection. AC in room did not work well as unit is very old so we were too warm in 28 degree heat. The TV only worked for a few Italian channels. It was a smart TV with apps but it had no WiFi working to connect the TV to the apps so we could never use the TV to watch anything of an evening or when getting ready in the morning. Beds were very small even for a single, very thin mattress and poor quality bedding so overall was not comfortable for sleeping. Shower head was also faulty so wouldn’t rise high enough to stand under for a full shower. The hair dryer also didn’t work so we had to request a spare which was being shared around people, implying that those in several rooms consistently do not work. It’s a budget hotel so you don’t expect luxury, but even for a budget stay it was below expectations overall unfortunately.

We arrived late but being the Ibis brand we assumed all would be OK. We were wrong. We are on a three month journey through eastern Europe and have more than 70 hotel nights, this is the first negative review. Upon arrival at the property, we were informed that the bar was closed because of personnel issues, I said nothing but thought to myself "you cannot have personnel issues unless you have management issues", I know there are some that disagree, go look in the mirror, you might be looking at the problem. It gets worse. The room was hot, inhaled it up to not being turned on. Wrong, it barely cooled the room by morning and made such noise doing so, it surely woke the dead. Better still, the commode would not flush without repeadly pounding on the flush button. The breakfast was picked over, we were told that we should nit try to eat before 8AM because they had a group of 40 that was going to be three at 7:30. When we got there, there was one piece of sliced salami left and that was the only meat and very little cheese either. It was obvious, there was no intention on restocking the breakfast bar.. Pretty sad really, we have two weeks left before we return home, none will be spent at an Ibis property.

Possibly the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Dark, dank cell-like room with paint chipped off. Grotty and sticky carpet and the 'accessible' bathroom consisted of a bath with a handrail. We were actually advised to pay for more secure parking which we did as there was a few people hanging around, seemingly not going anywhere but showing great interest in the cars pulling up! It is very close to an extremely busy and noisy shopping outlet, which perhaps in hindsight, would have been much more tolerable given a better standard of hotel. Terrible.
