Clean, spacious room and very friendly hosts! Great location to right around the corner from the train station and city area of Prato. Would definitely recommended!

I liked how close the accomodation is to the train station and the university, keys to the property and to the room offers privacy and security. There is kettle, cups, and instant coffee available. There is also microwave and fridge available, but no bowls which could be improved.
Summer in Prato (June) was really hot and this property does not have aircon, so that was quite sufferable. Entering the property had long flight of stairs with no lift, just a bit inconvenient with luggage.

Bellissima camera ampia e spaziosa, pulitissima, anche il bagno immacolato. Massimo, il proprietario, gentilissimo e disponibile. La struttura si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, perfetta per quello di cui avevo bisogno. Tornerò sicuramente

La posizione e la semplicità
Il letto scomodo e il bagno in comune, senza contare il fatto che si sentivano i vicini che parlavano, lasciando stare il bagno in comune, infine la tapparella che era durissima da aprire .
