Charming residence in a central spot.

I would have liked some tea or coffee to be provided and a blanket or two. Also Netflix or YouTube etc didn’t work.

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment in the heart of Prato. Easy check-in process.

It can be quite noisy at night from the surrounding bars and restaurants. I just used a fan app in my phone to block the sound.

Superb

The location was central, and the room was quiet once we closed the windows (there was a party going in the street). We could also leave our bikes in the interiour courtyard.

The stairs going up to the "bedroom" (not separated by walls from the living area!) squeaked quite a bit when stepping on them, so I could not go down without waking my fellow travellers.

The pictures online were of the renovated part of the hotel, we surprisingly had a room in the unrenovated part.

The location was great - you can easily walk to everything

There was no breakfast though the folder in the room said it could be purchased for 8 Euro. When asked about this they just simply said it was an old folder without any apology. That was a bit annoying and impolite.

Easy check-in, well located, clean.

Very hard bed, no fridge, dark room with no view. A little depressing.. so I would not stay There for holiday, but good for business trip to stay a few days.

Very enjoyable, sorry to be leaving so soon

Excellent hosts, fantastic location, excellent rail connections to florence, Rome, bologna, verona. Property was spotless with lots of character and on the doorstep of great restaurants and bars.

WiFi was poor. Quite a bit of noise in the apartment as it backs out onto a bar but whilst this didn't bother me, it might affect others.

Exceptional

The place is lovely, very well placed at the heart’s of Prato historic centre (which is also filled w/ bars, restaurants and other stores). Rooms are pretty big and clean; breakfast is very good and Massimo, the administrator, is a very kind and efficient person. I stayed there almost a week and want to definitively come back. It is also very near from Florence (15’ ish by Train)

In centro a Prato per uno spettacolo a teatro

L'appartamento è comodo al parcheggio di piazza mercatale e posizionato in pieno centro, nonostante questo risulta silenzioso. A disposizione la macchina del caffè nell'andito comune. Check in facile e veloce all'orario richiesto

L'unico difetto è la poca luminosità degli ambienti, essendo proprio nei borghi interni al primo piano. In frigo una bottiglietta d'acqua per gli ospiti all'arrivo sarebbe stata gradita
