Accasa outsourced the check-in to hotel San marco which is open 24h, this is extremely important to me as sometime the cheapest flights are during the evening/night time and I might end up in the premises late in the night (midnight or 1 o'clock the very late). The staff of Hotel San Marco is professional and welcoming. The premises itself is located 5 mins walk from San Marco , the room is of good size and the basic amenities are there. The central location is key to visit Prato , but also Florence and Pisa as the train station is only 15 Min walk.

The bed wasn't for me , I like the hard mattress , the memory foam mattress was not something I enjoyed , I only stayed for a night so I might get used to it , but the first and only night wasn't good. The door seems a bit old , with loose screws , this raises some concerns for the security. The room was located on the second floor , with no lifts. While I don't mind the stairs , I see this as a potential barrier for many users.

La stanza si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, gli arredi sono piuttosto datati, finestre senza oscuranti e un cattivo odore (di fumo) mascherato dal deodorante. Bagno con vasistas bloccato. Al nostro arrivo il tavolo era sporco. Le strade adiacenti sono molto rumorose e il parcheggio interno é strettissimo.
