Opt for 3rd floor only if you are physically fit like us 😊. The marble staircase is nice and the risers are at a comfortable height to climb without getting tired

Very pleasant staff, it is better in reallity than it looks on the pictures. There was a lot of space in the room which was great and a beautiful big window.

The pillows were too hard and low, toilet cistern wasn’t working properly and was dripping from time to time.

Kind, helpful staff; the person at checkin moved her own car to give us her space since she was about to go off duty. Absolutely wonderful all around. Big, clean room, newly renovated bathroom, charming old building, effective air conditioning, amazing central location.

Ok per brevi soggiorni.

La disponibilità e la cortesia dello staff. Ottima posizione per girare a piedi il centro.

La stanza si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, gli arredi sono piuttosto datati, finestre senza oscuranti e un cattivo odore (di fumo) mascherato dal deodorante. Bagno con vasistas bloccato. Al nostro arrivo il tavolo era sporco. Le strade adiacenti sono molto rumorose e il parcheggio interno é strettissimo.

Posizione centrale e comoda per qualsiasi spostamento a piedi senza auto

Forte odore di umido con relative macchie in bagno e nella stanza, evidenti segni di lavori di muratura, rete del letto consistente in un traliccio di ferro le cui sbarre sono attaccate con le fascette da elettricista comfort zero, prese elettriche difettose coperte con nastro isolante, tapparella della finestra non funzionante senza tende pesanti così potrete essere svegliati di prima mattina dal sole

La camera si trovata al secondo piano di un palazzo e nello spazio comune c'è una macchinetta automatica. Trovandosi proprio davanti alla porta di camera, la mattina alle 5 qualcuno ha deciso di prendere un caffè, svegliandomi per il rumore e non sono riuscita più a dormire. Consiglio vivamente o di spostare macchinetta o di cambiare le porte. Il bagno era pulito ma aveva un odore forte. Il parcheggio strisce blu in strada c'è, ma quasi impossibile da trovare alle 21.

Ottima struttura

Tutto, posizione ottima per girare in centro storica e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Struttura pulita e accogliente, in un viale tranquillo e con diversi locali dove mangiare. Ho apprezzato la colazione, pagata a parte, nel vicino Hotel San Marco che dava anche assistenza. Nell'anticamera è anche presente un distributore automatico. La stanza era pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario, il bagno grande e ben tenuto.

Grandissima stanza quadrupla con culla e letti comodi. Bagno molto grande con tutto il necessario. Pulizia top. Comodo, vicino a centro e stazione Check-in all'hotel San Marco, molto disponibili e carini!

Rumori provenienti da altre stanze e dal giro scale. Al piano primo c'è un b&b (diversa struttura ricettiva) con lo stesso n di stanze e al secondo piano si trova Affittacamere Accasa, con la nostra e altre 6 stanze.

Posizione centrale, camera pulita, comoda reception H24 (fa capo al vicinissimo hotel San Marco), possibilità di fare la colazione presso l'hotel San Marco con supplemento, parcheggio nelle vicinanze

Si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo storico, quindi senza ascensore. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma effettivamente può risultare scomodo per chi ha tante valigie, difficoltà di deambulazione, passeggini ecc

Appena arrivato l'accoglienza è stata ottimale, staff gentile e le ragazze che mi hanno accompagnato molto gentili e disponibili. Ad ogni informazione mi è stato risposto con cortesia. Posizione buona vicino alla stazione e al centro della città

Davvero soddisfatto per il prezzo accessibile!

Posizione ottimale, staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Camera pulita e con tutto il necessario. Nonostante la permanenza breve, hanno fatto le pulizie anche durante la permanenza. Ho inoltre usufruito del parcheggio interno che è una comoda aggiunta per avere la macchina vicina, ma custodita al chiuso.

Un po' scomodo il fatto che sia al terzo piano senza ascensore. Seppure gli scalini siano bassi e comodi, per una persona anziana può essere faticoso. Il parcheggio interno ha un ingresso estremamente stretto. Il personale mi ha aiutato gentilmente a fare manovra, ma avessi avuto un mezzo anhe solo di qualche centimetro più largo sarebbe stato impossibile parcheggiare dentro.
