Just ok really. Stayed two nights but that was enough.

Good location. Short walk to the train station.

Overpriced for what it was. The toilet leaked water which wasn’t fixed and no offer to move room. The breakfast was pretty sparse, and overpriced.

Receptionist was nice and helpful

pathetic breakfast, in tiny plates food for literally 2-3 people. If visitors have already entered beforr then you will find empty plates and a couple of icy, not today's croissants. The handle in the bathroom was broken, could not get out on her own. Shower water seeps onto the bathroom floor. The tiny floor is wet. The hotel is three stars and the presence of onyx on the walls does not make it a boutique.

Arrivel and first night in smelly room with dirty toilet was really disappointing. However still friendly staff cleaned

Great location of the hotel, disappointing content, with improvements it could become a boutique.

Positioned in the city, but also in a quiet area, secure, air conditioning, balcony / terrace. Very clean place, very kind host.

We didnt like to have mosquitos in the room, but luckily next day the hotel staff solved problem. One lamp beside bed did not work, after the complaint, nothing was done. The bed could be bigger although it is comfortable. Only 2 bottles of water in the minibar, there is no tea/coffe maker in room. The breakfast is quite disappointing, expecting fresh bread and pastries. Despite the nice appearance of the hotel, this is more B&B, not at all boutique hotel.

lovely hotel close to Florence

It was a beautiful property, close to Florence. We also had parking that was very convenient and safe. Also we had vegan products for breakfast, so it was a very pleasant suprise

We didnt like to have mosquitos in the room and being bitten by them , but luckily next day the hotel staff gave us special spray and we had a peaceful night.

The establishment was in a quiet location and away from the main town. if you are after a place close to the various trattorias, this is not it.

Need to pay a lot of attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom in particular. 4 star - not sure how this is possible

Great location, close to both the city centre and the train station, super nice staff, clean and spacious bathroom, good breakfast.

The blanket was quite warm and we only could open one part of the window.

Great location and comfortable beds.

Unfortunately the water was not running in the morning and we couldn’t take a shower, brush our teeth or even use the toilet. After addressing this with the staff they offered us a shower in another room. This shower was barely dripping ice cold water - unusable and unacceptable. After not being able to shower and having to walk dirty in the city we asked for a (partial) refund and were only offered 19€ (approx 10% of a night stay) worth of breakfast and luggage storage (which is usually free in all hotels) While situation was unfortunate for the managers of the property, they showed little understanding for the poor experience we were in and didn’t offer any further refund to at least match the lack of basic hotel services expected (running cold and warm water). This left a very bad impression and we’re taking this further to booking.com to receive a refund for the missing services.

It is a quiet area, so to find anything one needs to walk a bit - although not much, 5-10 minutes bring you to all the lively places.

Everyone was extraordinarily friendly and helpful

location was further than I would have liked from center and restaurants...but not so bad. On the other-hand, it was a very easy walk from the train station and the comfort of the room and the friendliness of the staff made up for it.

Everything! Positioned in the city, but also in a quiet area, secure, video cameras, large tv in the room, large comfortable bed, air conditioning, refrigerator with various drinks (extra charge), balcony / terrace, very good breakfast (even for people with intolerances / allergies), very kind and helpfull host, parking places inside the yard, the boutique hotel is NEW and very nice! First time here, but I will definitely be back! I recommend!
