Great accommodation, I would stay there again

Crispy clean and comfortable room, the hotel is in a small and quiet square in a central location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The door let all noise from the corridor through.

Excellent apartment, spotless and easy to find

The host is very kind and available, I've arrived late in the evening and he was available and ready to assist and provide all property details. The Appartement is spotless and well located, it's the perfect place to be in both business trip and vacation.

We liked everything about this hotel. As well as being centrally located, it was perfectly clean and warm. Lovely mix of totally modern fittings and a centuries old building. The host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. A delicious breakfast was included in the very reasonable price. It really is an outstanding hotel and we look forward to visiting again.

Our stay was great, we are especially grateful to Francesco who was the most wholehearted and careing person we've ever met. He helped us a lot with everything advising, parking place etc.

Comfortable stay close to everything we needed and attentive service

We arrived by bicycle and Francesco immediately found a safe place to store them overnight. We didn't even have to ask. Amazing service!

Lovely welcome, great location

Such a friendly welcome! And a nice, central place to explore Prato. There’s plenty to see, and the old town is so pretty. I really appreciated the accommodations the hosts made for my early arrival and late departure. It was so convenient to be able to leave my luggage.

There was some noise from outside. I was aware if it, but it didn’t stop me from sleeping. Nor would it stop me from staying again.

Exceptional

I would highly recommend this accomodation, the location is perfect, the owners are very helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean, our triple room has been just perfect and spacious. Prato is just app. 30 minutes away by train from Florence, but don't forget to discover this gem too, it is really worth it. Beautiful city centre and lovely people all around. We have been very satisfied.

Comfy, clean, cozy... excellent location in the old town

Perfect location in the city center, just off the popular street for evening dining, but on a small, quieter side street. Older building, charming and clean. The elevator was handy. The breakfast had lots of pastries, breads, fresh juice, coffee, etc... A/C unit was quiet and effective in the room, and the shaded ceiling lights/windows added natural light. Lovely people at the front desk.

I awoke to a mosquito, but I got it. I just saw the one. I had left the little bathroom window open, so maybe it flew in there. Maybe put in screens?

I really liked the warm welcome of the staff, very friendly and happy to help for any requests (extra blanket, taxi booking and luggage storage), 24h reception

Staff excelente, especialmente a Martina. Ótima localização. Quarto espaçoso, restrição somente ao tamanho do box do chuveiro. Tudo muito limpo. Bom café da manhã, pago à parte. Poucas opções, mas tudo gostoso. O imóvel do hotel é bonito, parece um casarão antigo, localizado em uma rua tranquila. O acolhimento do staff é um diferencial.

O box do chuveiro é muito pequeno.
