Nuova e “linda”. Camera confortevole.

Procedura di check-in, in parte self-service e in parte con addetti, inutilmente complicata e complessivamente irritante. Stando così le cose converrebbe fare tutto in modo tradizionale, magari con addetti più professionalizzati. La zona di notte non è un gran ché.

Gutes Hotel schlechte Anfahrt

Sehr Sauber und nettes Personal.

Absolute Katastrophe die Anfahrt. Wenn man sich einmal verfährt dann muss man komplett wieder rum. Da es eine Einbahnstraße ist. Check in nur möglich wenn man auf der Hauptstraße kurz anhält und rein ins Hotel springt. Parkplatz in einer neben Straße hinter dem Hotel aber auch von der Bank der Parkplatz. Erlaubt oder geduldet ?!

A parte la temperatura della camera, tutto il resto è stato più che apprezzabile.

Colazione ottima, personale gentile e disponibile, posizione comoda rispetto alle mie esigenze (vicino alla stazione dei treni e alla sede del mio corso)

All'arrivo la temperatura in camera era "insopportabile". il termometro segnava quasi 28°. Nonostante abbia spento l'impianto immediatamente senza risultati sensibili, è stato necessario aprire tutte le finestre per riportare la stanza a un livello accettabile. A parte il fastidio per il caldo eccessivo mi ha disturbato l'inutile consumo energetico.

Ben situat per anar a Florència

L'hotel és nou de fa pocs mesos i està molt ben situat, a prop de l'estació de trens, que és el que volíem, per poder anar i tornar de Florència sense haver d'utilitzar el cotxe. Hi vam estar dues nits i vam estar en dues habitacions diferents. Les dues, molt àmplies i lluminoses, amb llits grans i còmodes, i banys també molt amplis i ben il·luminats. El personal, en general, és molt amable, sobretot els dos senyors que hi havia a les nits, que ens van ajudar en tot el que vam necessitar amb moltes ganes i educació. Però quan vam arribar ens vam assabentar que hi havia vaga de trens i vam demanar a recepció com ho podíem fer per anar a Florència: cap de les tres persones que hi havia (dues noies i una senyora) ens van saber donar resposta i no es van molestar a ajudar-nos. Un altre tema és l'aparcament: com tants altres establiments a Booking, se suposa que tenen aparcament, però el que tenen en realitat és "possibilitat d'aparcar al carrer relativament a prop de l'hotel". En aquest cas, com a mínim, t'indiquen que pots deixar el cotxe en un aparcament no vigilat, molt proper, que pertany a un banc.

Vam demanar canvi d'habitació perquè la primera tenia la finestra trencada i no es podia tancar: això dificultava l'aïllament i van entrar mosquits (creiem que tenen algun problema amb els mosquits perquè a les dues habitacions vam veure'n uns quants d'esclafats a les parets). Objectivament, hauria de puntuar l'hotel amb més nota, però hi ha una sensació com de provisionalitat, com si no acabés d'estar acabat, i, alhora, una sensació com si ja fos vell. A les dutxes hi ha floridura i, als matins, l'aigua no sortia calenta (tampoc freda: natural). Això no ens va importar massa perquè feia calor, però si hagués fet fred hauria estat un problema. Els materials de les finestres no aïllen gens (a les 10 del matí tant el vidre com el marc estaven cremant i desprenien molta calor). Alguns interruptors van tan durs que vam haver de demanar ajuda perquè ens pensàvem que no hi havia llum a l'habitació. I hi ha tants interruptors que no saps mai quina llum encendràs o apagaràs. Tampoc tenen cap mena d'informació sobre Prato, que és una localitat preciosa i plena de vida!

El personal es extremadamente cordial y simpática. Check-in rápido. Habitación no muy grande pero estupenda. Desayuno suficiente. Surtido de restaurantes a 5 min a pie.

Parking abierto a la espalda del hotel, un poco tenebroso. Un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad.

OTTIMO DA TUTTI I PUNTI DI VISTA

Struttura nuova, anzi ancora in fase di completamento, le camere sono belle e confortevoli, la posizione è abbastanza centrale e ottima per chi va a Prato per lavoro, la colazione e super assortita e con prodotti eccellenti. Aspetto di vedere la struttura completata per poter dare una nuova recensione ancora migliore.
