Location to our friends... not really close to anything. but there is a grocery store down the street and a pastry shop below.

The property is billed as no smoking, so they keep the door open at the end of the hall and smoke... It is everywhere. I would say it was in an old rundown building. Not Italy old but not cared for... Our friends had to ask for blankets for us... and the room is not even close to quiet. They have styrofoam in the corners to try to help. Honestly, if we were going to be in our room much, we would have moved. Lots of noise and partying from 11-4.. at night and again, not soundproof and smells of smoke.

Good location if you plan visit Florence and Pisa. Big apartment with plenty space. Pleasant and friendly staff. Free parking in front of building (you have to ask staff for parking ticket). Elevator to the hotel on the 2nd floor.

Polite and willing staff. Big room.

The stairs were dirty and smells like pee!! Unacceptable! We stay at room 107 and it was careless and dirty. (I mention the room because i saw more bad comments for this room). The bathroom had a very uncomfortable smell!! Bed sheets also smells humidity. It looks like perfect from the photos, i really dont know why we faced this situation! 100€ for 1 night??? No way!!!

More than enough space. Light and clean. Cleaning service every day. Air conditioning.

Not enough kitchen stuff. There is oven but no pots or trays to be able to use it. Saucepan only one and small. Kettle would be great to have as well.

Super nice appartment and also really supportive staff!! The appartment has everything you need for your stay including kitchen stuff.

Unfortunately no restaurants in the area which are open (we found some on google maps but they were all closed or shut down).

Sosta gradevole

Pulizia e cortesia e qualità prezzo sono il loro fiore all occhiello, abbiamo trovato la stanza calda, e un letto veramente confortevole. Inoltre, avevamo chiesto da che ora si potesse entrare in quanto spezzavamo il viaggio, perché io non stavo bene, Il receptionist alle 11 ci ha già messo a disposizione la stanza, cosa non banale per noi che avevamo il problema del mio malessere. Lo consiglio vivamente

Soggiorno 2 notti per 2 persone

La struttura era molto carina, pulita e accogliente. Particolarmente piaciuto il muretto tra il letto matrimoniale e quello singolo, concedendo più privacy.

Purtroppo siamo partiti domenica mattina e, non essendoci nessuno alla reception, abbiamo lasciato le chiavi sul bordo della scrivania della reception.

A PRATO PER LAVORO SENTENDOCI A CASA

TUTTO, in quanto ci sono i servizi di un Residence e la comodità del b&b, lo staff eccellente e gentilissimo, ci facevano anche le pulizie in stanza. Hanno installato anche una station con bevande calde.

comodo in prato

la struttura si trova vicino al centro, ma per raggiungerlo è comoda un'auto. nei dintorni si trovano parcheggi. L'appartamento è basic, con tutto il necessario per passare qualche notte. letto comodo e confortevole; bagno funzionale; cucina dotata del necessario. il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. prezzo conveniente per la location e per il periodo delle feste. ci hanno fornito di una copia di chiavi. una macchina del caffè è disponibile nel corridoio.

Metterei qualche mensola in bagno perchè non sapevo dove collocare gli indumenti; la doccia è senza pressione, l'acqua esce senza getto; ogni tanto abbiamo trovato la porta d'entrata principale aperta: e la porta del residence sempre aperta. forse un pò di attenzione per la sicurezza non gioverebbe alla struttura.

Buona posizione vicino al centro. Bagno e camera pulita. Letto abbastanza comodo.

Bagno non riscaldato e mancanza di una mensola nella doccia per appoggiare i saponi e il bagnoschiuma. Insonorizzazione assolutamente insufficiente( si sentiva tutto dalle camere adiacenti) Climatizzazione con radiatori polverosi e difficile manovrabilità. TV presente ma prendeva pochissimi canali.

Parlo da host. Purtroppo l’appartamento per una notte non è l’ideale. Se una persona sceglie x una notte un appartamento spera di trovare almeno in mono porzione un olio ,un sale ..zucchero .. c’erano le spugne ma ahimè usate…orribile !!!!!! Mi sono rifiutata di usarla. E non sopporto la carta igienica usata. Quindi l’appartamento è molto carino ma con piccoli accorgimenti può essere ancora meglio.

Tutto bene, ma condizionatori da cambiare

Camera pulita, spaziosa, con arredamento nuovo. Anche il bagno nuovissimo e luminoso, con doccia grande. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Residence comodo per la sua posizione, parcheggi gratuiti nelle strade limitrofe in una zona tranquilla e ben servita. Proprietario gentile e accogliente in tutto.

Il letto matrimoniale composto da due materassi singoli, scomodo per dormirci. Condizionatori davvero datati, rumorisissimi e polverosi... fortunatamente non era così caldo e li ho tenuti spenti.
