Will not pick this cold apartment if we were making a return visit. Not suitable for International guests from tropical

Other than the location, nothing else.

We are a group of 4 adults, stayed here for 4days-3nights during our two weeks Italy trip. This facility is the worst among all the many facilities we stayed. A very old apartment where toilet door and windows are out of alignment. It needs a hook to lock the toilet door and it can’t be shut completely. Shower was tiny and poorly designed. Only comes with a rain shower head, so prepare to wet your hair every time. Balcony for relaxing was nowhere near the photo advertised, shabby and run down and dirty(see attached picture). One of the bedroom was actually converted from an open family area added with a bed and cabinet, with no door. Unlike the listing, there is no washing machine in the apartment. Heating was none. Fully understand winter period has not started so building central heating has not been turn on. However, guests are prohibited to turn on the one-and-only “Daikin-Siesta” Aircon/heater within the apartment. All other apartments we stayed at least provide separate individual heating in the room. Apartment is definitely not meant for international guests from tropical countries. Otherwise, be prepared to endure your stay by putting on your winter clothes to get in bed or move around within the apartment. According to Apartments operator, even in the winter, the apartment temperature cannot be higher than 19’c !!!!! (see apartment regulations attached ) Also, be prepared to get your own toilet rolls. We were provided with only one toilet roll , until we requested for more.

Excellent stay- plenty of room and a wonderful host

The host was incredibly kind and welcoming and even baked us a special, homemade treat. It truly made out stay that much more memorable. The location is perfect and the stay was a great deal, especially considering the size of the unit. The apartment is beautiful and complete with historic compliments and a balcony. The proximity to the train station was its main advantage for our traveling purpose, as it was easy to take day trips out of Prato Port al Seragglio into Venice, Florence, and more. Staying in Prato at a cheaper price and a more beautiful and spacious stay also allowed us to explore Italy in a less-touristy area.

Ampio appartamento in posizione strategica

Appartamento ampio con due camere da letto, pulito e con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Ottima posizione: a pochi passi dal centro storico (in 3 minuti a piedi si arriva al Duomo), attaccato alla stazione e al parcheggio sotterraneo (abbastanza economico, 6€ ogni 24 ore). Molto silenzioso durante la notte.

Pochi difetti, se devo trovarne uno direi le finestre: dure da aprire e chiudere. Aggiungerei anche qualche tendina in più

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Günstige Parkgarage ganz in der Nähe , Zugang nur mit Ticket. Bahnhof nahe beim Haus kaum was gehört in der Nacht.

Beau et très grand appartement très bien équipé et très propre. Gare a quelques mètres pour prendre le train pour florence. Stationnement facile

Rue un peu bruyante avec gare proche, mais il suffit de fermer la fenetre!

L’emplacement proche de la gare pour aller à Florence et du centre de Prato pour les restaurants et les magasins. L’accueil et le confort de l’appartement

Schönes altes Haus in genialer Lage

Schönes Apartment in einem alten Haus mit interessanter Geschichte. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und nett dekoriert. Die Tatsache, dass das 2. Schlafzimmer nur über das andere Schlafzimmer zugänglich ist, hat uns für eine Nacht nicht weiter gestört. Die Besitzerin wohnt im Haus und hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Genial an der Lage ist, dass es wenige Schritte zum Bahnhof und zu einer Tiefgarage ist (Stellplatz in unserem Fall von 18 Uhr bis 11 Uhr morgens 8€). Zum Dom und zu vielen Lokalen sind es auch nur wenige Minuten.

Der Balkon ist doch etwas sehr klein, zu viert kann man sich dort nicht aufhalten, aber bei so vielen netten Lokalen in Prato ist das bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt nun wirklich kein Mangel.

Bell'appartamento nel Centro storico, vicino al parcheggio del Serraglio, bene ristrutturato ed arredato con eleganza. Anche l'edificio è molto bello. Ha due camere da letto matrimoniali, una cucina-soggiorno, un ampio bagno con doccia. La Signora (host) è stata molto gentile.

Aoccasione per concerto a Firenze e visita alla città

Bellissimo appartamento in palazzo d'epoca. In centro a Prato ma a pochi passi dalla stazione. Comodissimo per usare il treno per Firenze centro. Parcheggio al coperto della stazione a pochi passi. Barbara è stata gentilissima e ci ha consigliato al meglio per sfruttare la posizione comoda. Direi PERFETTO.

La disponibilità della proprietaria, la pulizia, l'arredo e gli ampi spazi, la posizione vicina al centro e al parcheggio.

Il riscaldamento che si è acceso molto tardi e la casa era molto fredda e l'acqua calda instabile (fine marzo).
