Great to have access to a private parking lot Nice café mext door

Once inside, the accommodations were perfect.

Very different difficult to find the hotel. No visible signage from the car. Google maps was essential.

Stylish new comfortable rooms, but kitchen arrangements need sorting out

-Spacious room, very clean, comfortable and stylish, excellent bed - Very quiet - Very nice bathroom - Convenient location to walk to historical buildings and shops - Netflix

- Nearly all interaction with hosts has been online - No kettle in the bedroom -The kitchen exists and is apparently for the guests to use. There is a microwave, an induction cooking top, a kettle, a coffee machine, a fridge, but no cutlery or crockery. So how can one make use of the kitchen facility??? Coffee capsules and teabags are provided, but there is a charge of €1 per each teabag/capsule ! - No proper reception. Whilst the lady who was sometimes present at a desk did her best to be helpful, her English was limited.

Spotlessly clean, room tidy every day, little bar fridge, located easy stroll to old town and great cafes

It didn't say on the listing that the closest railway station was Prato porta de serragli so I got off at Centrale which made for a long walk on a hot Sunday when there were no taxis around. The other station is super close to the property :-)

Didn't have breakfast as part of the stay. Location great. Onsite Parking really beneficial. Host was great and went out of his way to ensure we knew where everything was.

Personell, Building, Location. The Hosts were exceptional and made our stay exceptional.

This is a small hotel with maybe 6 rooms. Our rooms were the worst while I believe all others to be superb. One room was small, I.e the smallest room I ever was. The other room was at the top of the building and most of the room was below 1m.

On the first night, Our room didn't have windows only small ones on the roof. It is not a problem but we didn't know it before. They have other rooms with windows on the street.

A place to return!

Great experience! I loved the place, easy to arrive, easy free parking very close to the place. João Paulo is an excellent host. The room is very clean and confortable, the best in Italy! Also, there is a Prato castle which you can visit. Strong points: * Bed * Free Parking * Easy to go: Florence and Pisa. A bit far from Siena, but still easy to go. * Frieldly host * Kitchen facilities * Clean
