Good to be used just for spending the night

The staff was helpful, comfy bed, good shower pressure and temperature, good location if you have a car, available free parking on the street outside.

The location needs a car to get to the nearest shops, the temperature in the room is fixed. The breakfast is below standard, the rooms are very basic, nothing provided like tea and coffee and water, no heating kettle.

They didn’t turn on the heating system ,and it was really cold during the night ,when temperature dropped under 9 * C

The hotel was clean and quiet. The restaurant was very nice but doesn’t open until 7:30.

Our room AC was just turned on for the season and it was too loud to sleep with it on. It took many trips to the front desk to finally get moved to a quiet room. If not for our insistence we would have had a sleepless night.

Nice hotel and very good room. Felt we could have been better informed by reception and restaurant manager about dinner. We could only get a late dinner booking and ended up eating in pub nearby

Very good place near Florence, good value for money.

The Hotel is exceptional for someone hiring a car since it is near the highway with an easy parking. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast was amazing.

frustrated, but have stayed before with no issues

good location, clean and tidy

noise outside the room early morning and late at night like staff pushing trolleys and slamming doors tried to go into restaurant one night to be told it was full .
