Decent but not pleasant

I only liked the fact that it was nearby the locations of interest for me, considering the trip was business related.

It wasn’t clean. It was old, some things in the room were broken, the sheets were ripped, no slippers in the room. Also the room was very very cold, the AC wasn’t working. The breakfast was ok

Suitable for an overnight stay

Bed was comfortable, supermarket very close to get a bottle of wine for after dinner, continental breakfast was acceptable in the morning,

My search was for Prato City Centre, this hotel is NOT city centre , it is 3kms from the city centre and so you need to catch a taxi both ways if you want to visit the old town

Pleasant stay while visiting Florence

Clean, comfortable and excellent breakfast. Property is close to public transit. It only took 35 minutes to get to Florence.

Quiet place, clean rooms, on-site gym (not the best equipment though) and restaurant (only open 19:30-22:00). Close to the gallery

Rooms have funny sockets that require special adaptors even for EU plugs. Fortunately they have them at reception. Otherwise wouldn't be able to charge my laptop.

All is as described on their photos and on their page. Hotel is clean, rooms are nice, staff is polite. Nothing to complain. I would only prefer firmer pillows. But that is usually the case in all hotels..
