Good clean, friendly hotel, excellent value for money

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was travelling with my disabled husband and they bent over backwards to assist us. The room had a good sized adequately stocked fridge (rare nowadays). The bathroom had thoughtful extras such as razor and shaving cream and toothpaste and toothbrush. The room was larger than usual, possibly because the hotel is older. Car parking was right outside the front door with one disabled space too. We did not eat breakfast so cannot comment but the coffee from the bar was good. We were visiting family so cannot comment on transport into the city centre because we did not go. The hotel is not luxurious and quite basic but, it was very clean and had everything one could want. It is excellent value for money. We would definitely stay again.

There was nothing we did not like. I am not sure if there were hot snacks (such as toasted sandwiches and soup) at night, but those would be welcome.

very basic hotel and breakfast is very basic

didn't like the fact that booking.com took payment upfront for the breakfast and the hotel had no knowledge of it and charged us again for it! this is the second time booking.com have stolen money from my company, it's such a cheap pathetic trick to play on customers!

Breakfast... and service should be better in the hotel that takes 100 euros per night... Drinking water in the bottles in dining room is salty. You cannot drink it... Coffee is terrible. You don't see waiters at all...

easy to reach from freeway; fast checkin

the room we had was poorly isolated from next room - voices and shower could be clearly heard - fridge in our room was very noisy as well result was bad night sleep

the personal was helpful and the room was clean and big.

the location of the place might just be the worst i have ever been to - in the sorroundings there was nothing to see, not even a good shop or coffe place or anything. the last bus arrives around 9:30 pm, afterwards you need to walk from city center or trainstation, which is like 40 minutes away. secondly, just across the street there is huge lunapark and the noice from outside continues up to 2am. lastly, the breakfast has been disappointing, especially the sweet stuff and when we arrived after 9am (breakfast are until 10) there were no eggs anymore.
