Nice new hotel in Prato area.

This property just opened in December of 2022. It is located 20 minutes from the Florence airport. The rooms were a good size with plenty of closet space. Nicely decorated. I have to compliment Aurora who worked the front desk the day we were there. She went above and beyond to help us get dinner ordered and even set up a nice little table for us to eat our take out food. She also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport the next morning.

There are limited restaurant options nearby if you don't have a car.

Tutto soprattutto l’attenzione dello staff! Perfetta offerti i caffè durante il soggiorno.

Il riscaldamento ad aria che di notte seccava la gola eccessivamente e la colazione che non era self service ma bisognava chiedere. Limitativo per un 4 stelle.

Un hotel troppo caro, senza parcheggio e con una gestione poco trasparente: esperienza deludente

L’hotel è sicuramente curato , pulito e nuovo

La struttura si trova su una strada molto trafficata e non dispone di parcheggio: ho dovuto girare per oltre 10 minuti prima di trovare un posto. C’è un bar, ma spesso non c’è nessuno a servire. Il problema principale riguarda la trasparenza: nonostante il pagamento fosse diretto in hotel (e non tramite portali come Booking), si sono inizialmente rifiutati di emettere ricevuta o fattura, sostenendo che per “regola aziendale” non lo fanno. Solo dopo aver chiamato la Guardia di Finanza sono stati costretti a rilasciare il documento fiscale. A tutto questo si aggiunge un prezzo di 170-180 euro a notte, circa il 50% in più rispetto ad altri hotel nella zona, senza offrire servizi aggiuntivi che giustifichino tale differenza. Purtroppo, per quanto curata sia la struttura, l’esperienza è stata deludente sia per il servizio che per la trasparenza. Sconsigliato, soprattutto a chi cerca professionalità e correttezza.

la colazione era molto limitata, ciò che c’era nella colazione inclusa nel prezzo era molto poco, c’erano poche varietà di scelta, non incluso nel prezzo c’erano i pancake ma erano preconfezionati quindi non li abbiamo presi

Très bien pour une étape

L hôtel est récentet moderne ,très propre , très silencieux malgré la voie ferrée juste derrière et la route a l avant , la piscine ,le coffre , le mini bar , parking gratuit dans la rue ou très proche , centre commercial et nombreux restaurants et boutiques à 5 mins en voiture Très bien pour une étape .

Klimaanlage top, sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter. Super Lage (Nähe zur Autobahn)Dusche lässt sich in jeder erdenklichen Weise einstellen, tolle Zimmer. Von Außen würde man nicht glauben, dass einen das Hotel innen völlig positiv überrascht.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück eher sehr minimal Petit). Matratze hätte härter sein können. Bahnstrecke unmittelbar neben dem Hotel (jedoch bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man den Zug kaum).

Gute, preisgünstige Alternative außerhalb von Florenz

Perfektes Hotel um Florenz stressfrei zu entdecken. Def Bahnhof ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und jede Stunde geht ein Regionalzug direkt zur Statione Santa Maria Novella Mitten im Zentrum von Florenz. Schickes, neues Hotel, Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist direkt neben denn Bahngleisen, geöffnete Fenster in der Nacht sind daher (für uns) undenkbar. Leider war die Klimaanlage sehr laut. Hier sollte man Abhilfe schaffen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Alles war perfekt! Von außen wirkt das Hotel sehr unscheinbar, innen entfaltet es dann seinen Charme! Die Angestellten sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit! Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Obwohl das Früstück recht klein gehalten ist, wurde darauf geachtet, dass auch für die VegetarierInnen unter uns etwas dabei war. Direkt gegenüber gibt es mehrere kostenlose, öffentliche Parkplätze, die Anreise mit einem Auto ist daher kein Problem. In der Nähe, nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt, gibt es ein großes Shoppingzentrum, wo man auch genügend Essenslokale findet. Aber auch die Hotelangestellten beraten gerne bezüglich Restaurantmöglichkeiten und haben ein paar regionale Geheimtipps auf Lager.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Gut zu wissen ist nur, dass man in den hinteren Zimmern in den Morgenstunden den Zug etwas hört (nicht sonderlich störend), nachts war es angenehm ruhig.
