Easy check in, staff friendly, good location.
Appreciate it is bare essentials but the room was just extremely tight compared to some other similar style hotels we stayed in.

Close to food and to the ferry
No instructions were supplied by email and when I arrived late I should have had received instructions for the check-in. If it was not a friendly guy explaining how to use the outside machine to do the check in I would have stayed in the street if no one was there. Wrong information is given starting reception available 24h. That is not true. Also 2 guys were also having problems with the check-in as they were saying that haven't received any confirmation and they didn't know what to do. Better instructions should be provided to customers!!!!
