Perfect overnight accommodation

Really easy to find, safe with a gated entrance and it was very clean and just what we, as a family of 5 needed.

I can’t fault the property for the price we paid.

It wasn’t too bad location and cheap.

The rooms are small and very basic. The bathroom is a compact room. The outside of the property is also in poor condition. Don’t expect much.

Very clean. Wine and water in the fridge. Good coffee machine.

Impossible to sleep as the bedroom smoke detector beeps every minute very loudly, waking you up just as you’re falling asleep. Kind of a sleep deprivation torture. The double height ceiling makes it impossible to remove the battery and there are no ladders or anything to reach it. If you manage to press the reset button with a long stick it only solves the issue for 15 minutes. We checked in late (delayed train) so no one could come and fix the issue until the next day (when we checked out).

Everything was great - our apartment was on floor 1, it was not too warm and not too cold, with outside temp +2. The apartment had a balcony and all that was needed - toiletries and even extra water. There are apartments at higher floors, with a better view, would be great to have the floor in the description when booking again))

Pillows are absolutely awful. Smallest bathroom and shower ever. The room had a cold tobacco smell to it (clearly some stupid client smoked at the window thinking nobody would notice).

it's a very inexpensive option for a late stop over near Saint Malo. bed is comfy, location is very easily accessible from the nearby highway and the 24/24 reception is there to help.

The price was very good and perfect for a stop over. The room was basic but had everything we needed and clean.

It's very basic, but apart from the smell of smoke everywhere clean and comfortable and all we needed for a night before we caught the ferry the next morning.

Smelt smokey in the room from people smoking outside the rooms. They should designate a specific place for smokers well away from the rooms. They aren't cross ventilated so the smell goes through the windows and is very invasive for non smokers.

The location suits us fine as we travel over to St Malo by ferry from Jersey and the boat always arrives after 8pm so it is close enough yet not too far to drive for our first night. The reception staff are always very pleasant and there is usually ample parking on site.

The bathroom and shower are very small but the water pressure in the shower is excellent. It's fine for an overnight stop.

Helpful staff and secure on site parking for my motorcycle right outside my room. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Good value and convenient for ferry port.

Poor design of bathroom with only a sliding divider from bedroom meant that water from wetroom style shower spread out of bathroom area and left a puddle in the bedroom. Although bed sheets were clean, bed cover had dirty marks and needed washing or replacing.
