The room was freezing cold and had a damp smell the toilet was not clean and had something brown in it, I was not happy with the room at all. I asked to change the room And it was a lot better, but no tea and coffee making facilities are in the rooms

room was not ready at 3:30 PM- very small room and very expensive for what we got. Kettle in the room but no cups, no tea , no coffee. It is more like a youth hostel than a hotel! We will certainly not book Ibis again after this experience.

Perfect spot for a short stay

Very clean and plenty free amenities. Near an array of shops and close to Ferry port

Personally found the pillows a bit too soft, had a room for 3 (2 adults and 1 toddler) and we had to make up the third bed ourselves. Took 5mins or so, but with a very tired toddler it was a little tricky to sort out - room a little small for 3 but for 1 night it was fine

Location

Common areas were unclean, price is ridiculous and bedroom had no natural light. No in room facilities like water or coffee. Had to ask for a second towel. £250 for one night. Better to stay slightly further out if only to catch the ferry.

Simple hotel with parking in range of the shops.

It’s a simple hotel in a good location which is perfect for a stay-over before travelling onwards into France. Parking is also adequate.

It would be better if the vehicle gate was manually controlled/monitored rather than automatic - anyone can drive in or out.
