Private parking. Near St Malo for an early Ferry.
Family room with 2 single beds as opposed to a double sofa bed. Good sized room. Clean.
The shower design means the floor always gets wet.

Absolutely ideal for a night before catching an early ferry. Bus to town very easy and convenient. Far better than taking the car especially as the fun fair was on.
No restaurant but that’s understandable given guest volumes in Feb.

Location is abit further from city centre.

The hotel was bright, and very attractively decorated and fitted. We especially liked the light fittings/shades in the dining area using recycled soft drink bottles.
Breakfast was exceptional, with a really wide choice of dishes.
Nothing.

Everything was great! The hotel is a bit far from the centre of Saint Malo but there are very frequent buses round the corner. The receptionist was really helpful, decoration and comfort were fantastic, breakfast was superb and the Nordic Bath experience crowned it all!

Really lovely stuff, good size room, easy access to parking, clean and warm. I love that library like vibes in the restaurant area.
I don't like that window between the room and the toilet. You can't use the bathroom while others are sleeping due to light.
I also don't like the kettle being fitted on the lower shelf, which is dangerous for children to access and difficult for taller people to reach too.
I found the breakfast a bit poor in choices.

Clean, practical, near town (by car). Staff was friendly and attentive. Very well decorated.
No restaurante and no restaurantes nearby unless you drive.

Stayed here in 2017 & 2018 but it’s had a major refurbishment and WOW!!
Lots of free parking.
Beautiful and massive room, with patio doors and furniture outside too. Lovely sofa and tasteful ornaments/furnishings. Enormous and very comfy bed! Bathroom was huge and uniquely designed too. Lovely shower. No bath. Air con which also does heating if required.
Kettle with coffee and tea but NO milk. Not even the little milk pots. Thankfully I bring my own on road trips.
Didn’t use the facilities so cannot comment on dinner or breakfast. Had an early start for the ferry and the Port is 10 minutes drive from the hotel. Always has been and still is a lovely hotel.

Comfy bed, plenty of parking, very ample breakfast
Location, style of hotel (looked like a housing estate within an industrial estate, noisy (water, pipework, wind) poor coffee in the room, no elevator to 1st floor. Middle of nowhere. Restaurant recommended by hotel was closed, air conditioning didn’t work.

New, modern, quiet hotel outside St Malo. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms have a pleasing aesthetic. Some rooms have open showers which was ok for us and some have closed bathrooms. Everything is very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast is good and items were constantly replenished. Would stay here again.
A small thing - the room could benefit from more hooks - we were searching around for place to hang towels.

Location - easy to find and parking easy . Very pleasant outside space and bar area. Rooms comfortable , clean and well appointed .
Breakfast very good , All staff were lovely and all had very good English .
Nothing . Would definitely stay there again . A good place to use as a base to tour area . A shame that the restaurant doesn’t not do evening meals .

Nice hotel used the night before returning to Portsmouth. Rooms in good condition with nice bathroom. Good breakfast and lots of parking. Friendly helpful staff.
Too far to walk into town but plenty of parking around St Malo which enabled an easy visit. No restaurants within walking distance which was a shame.

Easy check in and the room was big. Blackout curtains.
The bed was not particularly comfortable and the cot for the baby was left in the room but had not been made up. Felt like the hotel was made to look nice for photos, but the actual fixtures and fittings were cheap. No mini bar/fridge in the rooms and no milk for tea/coffee.

The room was very nice. Unfortunately the bed was broken when we arrived and it was too late to sort it out.
The breakfast is fabulous, if you love cakes. The staff are very helpful
Strange bathroom with with internal windows. Location. It's not close to any restaurants.

Nice shower, good room temperature, pretty good breakfast
The booking portal was hacked and I received many WhatsApp messages asking me to submit my credit card info for a “confirmation of booking”. I reached out to the hotel to ask what was going on and they said they were hacked. But they should have reached out to us not the other way around!!
Other than that, the shower door was broken, there was no fridge in the room, there was no WiFi in our room and overall it was too expensive and too far from the city to make it worth it whatsoever. Would not stay again.

Pay attention to the bathroom and book after you make sure it is what you want.
The breakfast is very delicious, the room is spacious and very clean, The whole Hotel is clean and the parking is large.
The bathroom is horrible, the idea that the architect thought that having this type of windows in a hotel room is still astonishing. Did you ever consider that there are families like maybe an elderly father with his daughter or a teenager with his mother... The mirrors in the bathroom are very high so if you have a teenager that wants to dry is hair... not possible.

The room was certainly spacious, and it was good to have free parking available. We also appreciated that the room felt newly decorated.
Points for Improvement
During our stay, several aspects could be significantly improved for guest comfort and safety:
The room's ventilation was poor, leading to a noticeable humidity smell. This issue also meant that towels used in the evening remained completely soaked by morning, which was quite uncomfortable. Addressing the ventilation or at least providing extra towels would be beneficial.
Furthermore, the balcony was largely unusable as our room was situated directly next to the road with no fence or separation from the street. Inside, the washroom mirror was positioned too high and was notably small (about the size of an A4 paper), which was inconvenient.
The property's setup was also a bit misleading from the pictures; it's separated into two buildings. This, combined with all rooms facing either the road or the parking area, gave it a distinct "motel" vibe.
Security was also a concern. While the main door had a pin code, a side door remained open 24/7, allowing unrestricted entry. This felt particularly insecure given that the side building we were in was unstaffed outside of working hours. These points are crucial for enhancing guest comfort and safety.

Clean looks nice, staff are friendly, but not well trained
Staff are friendly, nice people, but the training is awful.
Not the staff’s fault, maybe there’s not enough of them, they need to be trained, they kept forgetting to turn the spa on, so the sauna and jacuzzi were too cold, despite pre-booking.
They knew nothing of the menu, even the local drinks like calvados or Brittany whisky

Outward appearance was of a fairly new, modern hotel. Excellent room on the ground floor with the benefit of a patio door opening out onto the outside grassed/planted area. Some rooms also had a bistro set outside. We had a family room that was spacious and very comfortable. It also benefited from having air con. Staff were friendly. The included breakfast was amazing. There was an onsite large car park. The hotel was only minutes away from St Malo so super convenient. Would certainly stay there again.
Nothing to note
