This trip was organised for my mother 70's birthday and it was such a big disappointment.The receptionist couldn't find our booking info and claimed that they didn't receive anything from Hotel.com.Unfriendly behavior when trying to ask for help to find restaurant nearby. The room, sheets and towels were not clean.Breakfast was included but not clean either, so we did skip it.This was big waste of time and money. I used Hotel.com many times and this is the First time that a hotel doesn't meet a minimum standing, and the quality advertised on the web site.
