Misleading when booking. Very worried, disappointed on arriving. Clean, basic room as expected.

Room very basic but very clean. Reception not open until 16.30 Fabulous nearby Chinese Restaurant saved the evening!

When booking were informed that there was a restaurant on site. Not true. Breakfast only. No evening meal possible. Big neon lights say restaurant. Menu & pricing board at entrance. Not relevant. Not so since 2010 we were told.

Very comfortable, and very convenient for many tourist sites to visit, and the St Malo ferry home

Everything was available, very clean, quality of food was good. In our rooms there was refreshment available. Good parking.

The time for booking in between morning and evening could have been extended. Receptionist on arrival was confused about the booking, and my French is not very good. No mention of stairs to a lot of the rooms. Despite a McDonalds very near, no where for a good evening meal within walking distance. Only a small buffet available on site. Found a Pizza Restaurant which was very nice. Pity there was minimal amount of room refreshment stock in the room. no doubt you could get more from reception.

Great -Too short!!!

The room 9 was clean, smart and modern - loved that instead of their usual shower above a bath, that they have walk in shower. Excellent that the disabled parking bays were immediately outside our, which made it easy for us to access our room. Also our dog could be directly outside our room. on this occasion, we didn't have dinner, as we were invited to friends - nor breakfast, as we had an early start for the Ferry.

Bathroom was good .

Room was small with paper cups for coffee. Breakfast was 12 euros so far too expensive as was the buffet style dinner with very little choice. Only one stressed member of staff doing everything, disgraceful! Nobody wants to work in France. Campanile used to be a guarantee of quality and their food used to be brilliant, not anymore.

Location - near St Malo. Shopping/ petrol station nearby McDonald's right next door. Internet available

Stayed for 4 days/3 nights and although it was queried at the start if we wanted housekeeping (guess around covid which by Nov 2022 there were no concerns) and we said yes, no one attended the room during that period. No rubbish taken, no towels etc. By the last day/night I left the sign on the door asking for room to be made... when I came back the sign was gone but nothing had been done... I had to go to reception and take the used towels to ask for clean ones (no apology or explanation of why the lack of attendance). Not great service in terms of a longer stay... so if just one night - great value. Any more? Think twice.
