Abandoned by the staff and left on our own!

We were the only guests. All the staff went home shortly after we arrived so no bar, restaurant or service at all. They really should have contacted us and cancelled our booking. Because it's in the countryside it was a bit like staying in "The Shining" hotel - all alone in the dark.

We won’t ever visit again and wouldn’t recommend

Room was clean but dated

It was freezing, only a little sheet on the bed, there was an awful blanket on the top shelf but it looked like it’s never been washed, we were told hot breakfast was available ie bacon and eggs etc but after we paid we found out there wasn’t, there was no milk, when asked the girl was just sitting on her phone, not very helpful. No bread available, breakfast really wasn’t worth the 16.50€ we paid each for it!

Noisy music at night despite being in the middle of fields. Uncomfortable beds (very hard) and the bed so close to the slanted ceiling that I couldn’t sit up in bed. No aircon so super hot.

A pleasant few days in an attractive building with good swimming pool.

Peaceful location, free parking, close to interesting small villages. Excellent heated pool with loungers around it and parasols.

Didn't realize there was an electric shutter so first night we slept badly. Bathroom very cramped. Breakfast was limited, a bowl of porridge oats but nothing to put with it. Milk had to be requested, coffee ran out. Just a continental breakfast, expensive.

The rooms were very comfortable. The shower is amazing - very powerful and very big. Staff very friendly. Location is stunning and very quiet and not far from St Malo Port. There are charging facilities for electric/hybrid cars. This is a family hotel not run by the big hotel companies so please dont expect the Ritz. Its a great hotel, with great facilities in a fabulous location.

Drinks where a little expensive with EUR7.00 for a bottle of beer. But the beer is crafted and therefore probably the reason its expensive. No restaurante in the evening - but again - no issue for us.

Wonderful relaxing COVID compliant holiday

The accommodation was perfect for our family of 5 and the facilities on site were exceptional. Due to COVID we decided not to venture out too much, so stayed onsite more than planned. We played lots of tennis, swam in the lovely clean pool, played mini golf and pool. The children also enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds. The location is excellent, close to shops (5 mins) and only 20 minutes from St-Malo. We’ve had a wonderful break, well worth 2 weeks of quarantine back in the UK!

В стаята нямаше интернет връзка. Зарядната станция на Тесла можеше да се ползва само при наличие на персонал и в рамките на работното време на рецепцията, което беше неудобно за нас. Не беше възможно да зареждаме вечер, когато се връщаме от вечеря в града.

Jolie Malouiniere dans un cadre magique mais relaxation impossible.

L’emplacement, la bâtisse, l’amabilité du personnel, le petit déjeuner

Le non règlement de la piscine,, cris et plongeons permanents dans une petite piscine, ou l’on est censé se reposer se relaxer, ça plombe un peu la magie du lieu Le coût exorbitant de 25€ par jour pour un petit chien propre et qui n’aboie pas, c’est un peu exagéré ….Dommage !

Hotel estratègic per visitar Sain Malo i poder continuar ruta l'endemà

L'hotel està situat a pocs quilòmetres de Saint Malo, però ja ens convenia això perquè l'endemà havíem de marxar molt d'hora i d'aquesta manera ja ens trobàvem a les afores i més fàcil per la nostra ruta. Les instal·lacions són acollidores, amb una piscina que vam aprofitar la tarda que vam arribar ja que feia bastanta calor i era d'agrair un bon bany. Aparcament dins de les instal·lacions del l'hotel.

Les habitacions estan una mica desfasades, amb decoracions del anys 80-90 i convindria una reforma per actualitzar-les. Els llits (dos llits individuals separats, quan vam demanar un llit de matrimoni), molt incòmodes, amb clares evidències d'un desgast important dels matalassos. Tot molt net, i la mida molt correcta, però tot en conjunt estava una mica decrèpit de bastant desgastat pel pas del temps. Un altre problema va ser l'esmorzar, que el servien a partir de les 8:30, cosa bastant inexplicable ja que els que fem ruta i necessitem enllestir ràpid pels matins per poder fer via, ens estronca el plan. Al final, tot i que el teníem pagat, van desistir quedar-nos a esmorzar i no ens van donar cap més alternativa.

Fotos entsprachen nicht der Realität, Zimmer sehr sehr klein im Nebenbau, vielleicht der Buchung über booking.com geschuldet, andere Zimmer womöglich besser. Duschgelspender war leer. Bar schloss um 2100. extrem komplizierter wLan Zugang.

Le cadre est superbe et très calme . Des produits très agréables dans la salle de bains .

La chambre est un peu petite et la salle de bains désuète ( couvercle des wc écaillé… ) Le petit plateau est sympathique mais aucune prise à côté pour la bouilloire .

Alt for dyrt i forhold til kvaliteten. Skulle koste mindst 30 pct mindre. Ingen service og hjælp at få da vi havde booket via booking.com ‘det er ikke vores ansvar’ da vi som familie blev placeret på to værelser i hver vores bygning, og ikke villige til at annullere reservationen så vi kunne finde et andet sted. Personalet var ubehøvlede på den der trælse arrogante franske måde man desværre møder i ny og næ, med undtagen af en kompetent dame der tjekkede os ud og fandt ud af at vi havde betalt for meget for den stadig grotesk dyre morgenmad.

Schöner Aussenbereich vom Parkplatz zum Hotel. Zimmergrösse gut.

2 Tage vor Abreise wurde unsere Bettdecke zwecks Reinigung unkommentiert mitgenommen. Als Ersatz haben wir bis zur Abreise eine kratzende Wolldecke erhalten?! Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bietet null Privatsphäre und ist extrem ringhörig. Ausstatung lieblos und Stand aus dem letzten Jahrtausend. Personal sprach kaum englisch. Für den Preis völlig überteuert. Eigentlich wollten wir unseren vierwöchigen Wanderurlaub hier entspannt ausklingen lassen.

La bella campagna bretone a due passi da Sant Malo

Una magico struttura immersa nella campagna bretone a circa 10 Min di auto da Sant Malo... Curata e con tante piccole accortezze ( vedi prodotti da bagno di ottimo livello). Colazione buona e servita in una bella sala curata. Tutto ottimo. Peccato che per il poco tempo a nostra disposizione non abbiamo potuto fruire dei sevizi della spa.. la piscina poi veramente bella ma il meteo non consentiva.

Une arrivée un peu déroutante

L’hôtel est bien situé pour visiter la région de Saint-Malo, et la chambre était conforme à la description.

Un supplément de 25 € pour notre chien nous a été demandé, qui aurait mérité d’être précisé clairement dès la réservation, surtout avec le filtre « animaux acceptés » activé. Par ailleurs, la chambre avait déjà été réglée via Booking, mais elle nous a été facturée à nouveau à l’arrivée. Malgré mes doutes exprimés sur le moment, on m’a assuré qu’il ne s’agissait que d’une empreinte bancaire. L’erreur a finalement été constatée plus tard et corrigée, avec un remboursement effectué dans la soirée. Tout est rentré dans l’ordre, mais ces petites imprécisions à l’arrivée peuvent entamer un peu la sérénité du séjour.
