Apartment for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in a privileged place of Benidorm. The area is unbeatable, it is located in a quiet pedestrian street, in the center, 1 minute from the town hall and 4 minutes from the beach, as well as close to the main leisure and dining places (supermarkets, shops, cinemas, restaurants .. .) It is also close to several public car parks, taxi and bus stops, although given its location it is not necessary any type of transport or own vehicle.
The house has a living room of more than 30 meters, three spacious rooms and two bathrooms, kitchen and gallery where to do laundry and clothes, in addition to all the necessary furniture and appliances such as, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, etc ...
The apartment has WIFI and air conditioning / heating.
As basic elements, the house has towels, sheets, soap and toilet paper, hot water, first aid kit, iron, hair dryer, television.
House's rules:
- No smoking
- Banned parties or events
- Pets are not allowed
- Arrival time after 4 p. m. (Flexible, consult)
- Departure time until 11 a.m. m.
- Guests must leave the house collected for the good of the Homeaway community.
- Security deposit: if damage occurs in the accommodation, it could be charged up to a maximum of € 200.

Would really recommend this accomodation, when you are looking for a larger apartment which is located nearby the shopping streets of Benidorm. It's only a few minutes walking to the beach.
This apartment is perfect for larger families, because you have the the opportunity to stay comfortably with 6 persons in it. It's a beautiful accomodation, clean and modern... With a large bathroom. This place had everything what you need. Also the owner is a nice guy, you can reach out to him with any question you have.
Would really recommend it to anyone. 5 stars well deserved.

Fernando was extremely friendly and informative - contactable throughout the stay including Restaurant recommendations upon request.

This is a beautiful big apartment, A+. Owner wonderful to deal with, spotless clean, highly recommended to anyone. Close to everything, we loved this apartment,
