Maesdu Cottage is a delightful semi-detached property situated in the seaside town of Llandudno. This cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of a double, a ground floor twin and a ground floor single, together with a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside there's off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with gravelled area and picnic table. Maesdu Cottage is a convenient base for families with lots to see and do in the area.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with gravelled area, picnic table and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking and no cats. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Beach 7 mins walk. Note: Two steps up to front door. Note: Low head height in part of dining room and double bedroom. Note: Double bed accessed from one side only. Note: Electric fire in the sitting room is for display purposes only and should not be used. Note: This property is on a main road and some traffic noise may be heard. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar. The town offers two superb beaches, the North Shore and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés and North Wales' premier theatrical stage, Venue Cymru. A great base for exploring the wonders of Wales!

Clean, comfortable and everything was in working order.
Very easy central heating/boiler control and responsive radiators - the cottage was always cosy and warm. Easy off road parking and handy to walk to all parts of Llandudno.
