Prime location, friendly and helpful hosts and tried to make this holiday as nice as possible. The apartment is a great base and has everything you require.

I guess after more than 4-5 nights the beds are not comfortable and the sofa is very uncomfortable. But if only using as a base all okay

I’d recommend the property

Great location, free parking nearby, little seating area outside, free wine and biscuits, instructions beforehand.

I thought £60 was excessive for 3 days for a dog to stay. The flat rate for the week is £60, maybe it should be an amount per day.

A great central location stay

Great location 4 minutes walk to the beach and pier, great for a central stay. The kitchen appliances were all good new quality and the bathrooms were clean.

Property needs some TLC, walls were stained everywhere and the carpets were worn.

Great Location and apartment but poor people's skills by management in a crisis

The apartment was as depicted in the pictures, clean, spacious, and lovely. It is easy to find, and entry instructions are clear. The bottle of wine and cookies are an absolutely wonderful way to welcome guests.

While the water crisis (burst underground water pipe impacting area) was not caused by the owners, they offered no help and redirected me to booking.com They had a duty of care as having no water for ablutions, etc, is a health and safety hazard as they kept the business open during the crisis despite communication from myself. The heating is intermittent even after turning it on.

A lovely home from home apartments.

It is in a really good position, just a 5 minute walk into the center and a 10/15min walk to the North side beach, so you won’t need to move your car unless you go further afield. Located on a main road but not too noisy. It had everything I needed and some nice touches ( wine and biscuits). I brought my dog along and found lots of dog friendly cafes (especially Tiffiney’s cafe around the counter). A home from home and very spacious. I would definitely recommend.

The only thing I could pick up on is the need for a recycle bin as recycling is a big thing here and I wasn’t sure where the recycle bins were (lots of general waste bins though). But this isn’t a negative reflection of the property. Parking is quite difficult but it does get quieter in the evening after all the main visitors have gone so you could move it closer in then.

Excellent stay in a good location and value for money.

Good centralised location Easy accessibility to train station Bedding was comfortable Property owner supplied a bottle of wine and Jaffa cakes which were a lovely gesture. Communication with property owners was excellent and responsive.

The heating was not very optimised. Some nights we were unable to sustain heating well, but this could also be contributed by cold and windy weather during our stay. Kitchen and dining areas were a bit small and narrow, otherwise facilities were adequate.

The apartment is lovely really nice stylish & great location

Parking is a pain but can't be helped literally grab what you can due to shoppers & other property's around you. The bed in the second room wasn't the best uncomfortable but apart from that the stay was perfect. Booked up for next year but the cottage below can't wait

Great base to see Llandudno.

Very wide street and we were able to park nearby, nice flat and pleasant little touches - bottle of wine and luxury biscuits, plenty of tea bags. Location is really good.

The 5th bed was a suspended floor up a steep ladder off the second bedroom. We were 5 adults so this was a poor option for one of us - ceiling above so low that couldn’t sit up in bed and the mattress was very uncomfortable. This should be reflected in the description - this is really a four adult flat.

I liked how close it was to the city centre, the modern features eg the bathroom lights on the mirror, the smart tvs, the colour palette in the kitchen was nice, complimentary bottle of wine, extra supplies was a nice touch

The old furniture in the main lounge, couch was uncomfortable, the creaking bed, the thermostat wasnt stable , heating kept stopping, cot bed was left open.. it shouldve been closed or packed away.

Exceptional

Detailed instructions were given for the front door lock (numbered) and the key to the apartment (lock box). Apartment very clean and welcoming. All amenities required were available. Excellent location with a very short walk to the beach and a shop virtually across the road.

The steps to the apartment can get slippery when it rains. It had rained when we checked in and it was raining on the day that we were checking out.

Cons Much smaller than it looks on booking pictures Bed in room with tv was really uncomfortable and creaked every time we moved Towels were far too small - we bought our own It did look a bit tired and scruffy ? They have tried to go for a mix and match but it doesn’t work Lots of marks on walls Fireplace is awful needs replacing It’s a bit off putting having dirty laundry bags strewn across the hallways if your aiming for a five star experience Gaps in laminate flooring Lastly you can hear everything that is going on in the upstairs apartment so it made us really conscious that those below us could which really spoiled our time Definitely not 5 star and we paid £783 for 2 nights Would not return but we still love Llandudno

We had a lovely stay! And for a few days it was really our home away from home😊 we had everything we needed, very comfortable and cosy place, excellent location as well. Will defenely recommend. /the photos i am attaching are made when we were living so its a bit messy/

Beds aren’t great to sleep on. The bedroom with the en-suite is difficult to get around as it has a huge ladder in the room. En-suite is also very tight.

Thought there should have been more chairs in the lounge. Apartment now a little tired, carpets seen better days, mould around the shower seal, no toilet lid on one of the toilets and debris in the sofa folds. For what is advertised and priced as 5 star accomodation this fell a little short. Also, apartment is advertised with 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, this led me to believe there would be 2 en-suite bedrooms. There is 2 bathrooms and only one bedroom is en-suite.

Lovely central apartment

Spotlessly clean. Short walk to promenade, shops, pubs, restaurants. Good communication with host. Good facilities in apartment kitchen. Bottle of wine & biscuits was a nice touch.

Check out at 10am was a bit early considering you can’t check in until 4 in the evening.

Not a 5 star experience

The apartment is nice with high ceiling and large bedrooms for a family of 3. The location is good, close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We easily found free available parking in front of the building which was very convenient. The written information in the apartment was useful to turn the heating on and decide on a restaurant upon our arrival.

There were 16 degrees when we arrived and it was annoying to search for information and the thermostat to increase the temperature and then wait with the coats on until the apartment got warmer. The floor in the kitchen remained very cold and there were no slippers. The soundproofing is very bad. I woke up a few times thinking that someone is in our apartment. It turned out that our neighbors were walking in the apartment upstairs. It was annoying that our floor and doors were squeaking too. The bathrooms are small. The couch in the living was stained. There are also a few things that I would expect from a 5 starts property (not necessary something that I was hugely bothered about) - Slippers - White towels - Luxury toiletries - Coffee machine - Individually packed sugar A sanitizer would be good at the entrance. Cleaning products should be stored in a separate place and not with the oil and salt. One thing that made me feel unwelcome was the daily messaging from the host. One message containing all needed information about how to checkin, recycle, checkout plus the written information in the apartment is enough. There is no need to send a message one day before the checkout and 2 hours before the checkout reminding us to leave. Plus the checkin and checkout hours are the latest and earliest I have seen so far (16:00 - 10:00) despite the new measures that might have been taken for covid.
