Very spacious. Lots of lovely extras for small children such as toys and little people's mugs and bowls.

Nothing to dislike. Hooks for jackets and coats would be helpful but a very small point.

We loved everything about the property. Robert and Annie have been very thoughtful in regards to the provisions in the apartment, making our stay extra comfortable. The bathroom — especially the bathtub — was spectacular. There were so many positives, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

There were about 2 staircases, but this was not a problem for us — in fact, the kids loved it! My younger one went up and down so many times and eventually fell asleep. 🙂

Great communication from the owner Annie. The apartment is excellent, spacious with lovely furniture and facilities, and spotlessly clean.Kitchen and bathroom facilities had everything we needed plus extra touches left wine, welsh cakes, milk and teabags. Plenty of toys and board games for the children. All the beds were very comfortable. Good quality bedding and towels. Beach and outdoor pool 5 mins walk away. Local shops for provisions. 15 minutes walk to central Llandudno. Absolutely recommend a stay at Victoria 24 . Recommend the tram up to the great orme. The beach is lovely. Plenty of lovely cafes, shops and walks. We will be returning .

We've just returned from a stay at this incredible apartment and honestly, it’s one of the best places we’ve ever booked. It genuinely feels like a home from home, with every detail thought through to make you feel welcome and relaxed from the moment you walk in. There was even a lovely plaque welcoming our family, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The apartment itself is spread over two spacious floors, giving it a lovely open feel. The welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch, filled with gorgeous treats that really set the tone for the stay. The kitchen is absolutely stunning and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. From dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid to cleaning products and handwash (smells amazing!), it’s all there. The coffee machine deserves a special mention too – a real treat to start the day with different flavours to choose from (Were definitely going to miss this). The main bathroom is beautiful, with his and hers sinks and a sheep-shaped toilet roll holder that made us smile every time we walked in 😃. It’s those quirky little touches that really make a place stand out. There’s also a great selection of family games and toys for younger children which is such a bonus if you’re travelling with little ones. The beds are ridiculously comfortable and the duvets are so soft and cosy we didn’t want to get up in the mornings (LITERALLY!). We were initially a bit worried about parking, but there was absolutely no problem and we always got a spot by the apartment. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the pier, which we found to be a lovely stroll on a sunny day. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and after letting Annie know, we had a call straight away and it was sorted within a few hours. It just shows how amazing Robert and Annie are as hosts as couldn't ask for more! Nothing is too much trouble and it’s clear they really care about their guests. We’re already looking at dates to come back next year.

We have been staying every year for the past five years. Anne has always been great if we need anything. There are toys for the kids, board games and DVDs so plenty to entertain everyone. A two minute walk to the sea front. The apartment is always clean with lots of little extras.
