Until I return!!

Location. Below you can watch Christmas shoppers at the market. Delicious bakery and coffee shop within seconds of the entrance. You can pull up in front of the door, drop your bags and park one block away. It is a couple blocks to most of the shops but a pleasant walk. If you stay on the 3rd floor you can sit on the deck and see the castle. Accommdations - comfortable and clean. Everything you need to be comfortable. Nespresso machine (not the round pods) kettle and refrigerator. Kitchen equipped with dish soap. Management - responsive and helpful. The steps - were many - however plenty of places to stop and rest and easy to navigate even with my 84 year old mother. Floorplan - loved it. Separate bedroom. Bathroom was private and plenty of common space.

No bathroom amenities - you need to bring your own soap and shampoo.

Unforgettable stay during the period of Christmas Markets in Heidelberg

The apartment was fully equipped with all amenities, including a full-scale kitchen. It was absolutely comfortable for a family of four, all adults. We stayed during the period of the Christmas Markets, and from the window we had a wonderful view to the market in the square just below, as well as to the famous Cathedral of the city. Form the windows on the other side (including the terrace) we had a wonderful view of the unique Castle of Heidelberg. It was sad moment when we had to check-out...

Loved the location of this hotel. Close to good food & drinks and points of interest!

I loved the location of the hotel. Right in the middle of all the resturaunts and bars and walking distance to points of interest for visiting. I loved the size of the space, fit 3 people perfectly.

I didn't like the no air condintioning, although it is stated in the details. Although, opening the windows during the day and night kept the space nice and cool. I can imagine it would maybe too hot to stay here during the summer, but that's a personal preference. This doesn't affect my opinion of our stay at all.

The location was A1. The amount of space in the apartment was super. The contents of the apartment showed they thought of everything for their guests. The ease of collection of keys was so straight forward and stress free considering how stressful arriving to Heidelberg was for us.

Great location with challenging stairs :-)

The location is perfect for a trip to Heidelberg. Right under the castle and you have bakeries and cafes underneath. Everything was clean. Loved the balcony with castle view. Spacious rooms.

The stairs to the apartments (3rd floor) are super steep and not very wide. We had a baby with us and our friend was pregnant. Not great if you need to go up and down multiple times to bring up all of your stuff for the baby. One mattress was very used and not comfortable. In one apartment there was no curtain in the sleeping room, the towel rail was broken and the shower hose wasn’t tight so water came out of the shower head. I guess it needs a little bit of love - that’s all.

the apartment did not completely look like the photos in the booking website. There was no soap and shampoo. Coffee machine did not work and even these issued reported to the owner, no action taken! Also the garbage containers of all apartments in the building kept inside the building at the entrance so it did not smell good around the entrance

A charming apartment in the heart of the old town

Location is in a beautiful part of the old town. You can see the Schloss from the windows. It was really lovely. The host was really accommodating when we needed a later checkout and were quick to answer all questions we had.

We stayed in the apartment at the first floor and it was amazing! It's a big place for two people and well equipped, the kitchen has everything you might need. The house is located in the middle of the old town the nicest parts of the city are all in walking distance. Our host was amazing, she was always available and replied quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The appartement was clean, the view from the balcony fantastic. The location is excellent within walking distance to everything. The kitchen was well equipped for some light cooking, coffee and tea.

Because it is so close to everything and there is no A/C (air conditioning), we kept the windows open. It was noisy at night. So it was difficult to sleep.

We had an incredible experience at this apartment. The location is as good as it gets. The apartment was bigger than I expected, very clean, and well appointed. The view of the palace from the patio is incredible. The bathroom is large. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

We absolutely loved this place. We were very sad to leave. It was extremely spacious and the location was just perfect! The Christmas markets right outside our window just topped off the experience. Public transport close by as well. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in Heidelberg! 10/10!

very cool and open apartment, spacious, more quiet location than you would think from the location. Living near all the cafés and restaurants is absolutely amazing, you just fall out of your apartment straight into the life of the city. Kitchen was well equipped, frisge is nice and sizeable, most rooms were very clean. Super cozy bedsheets and covers, very silent (non-creeking) bed

Behind the Bathroom window is pidgeon central station, which results in some loud noises and some dirt on the outside of the window. The apartment in general lacks a bit of decoration, maybe even a speaker system and a cast target on the TV

Location was superb for a big event in Prince Karl as well as Altstadt And Schloss. It was nice and big, owner sent someone with keys out, Was flexible about an additional person, wifi was posted and excellent. Kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable and a nice terrace really Under the Schloss.

There was a tiny bit toilet paper left on the roll and no spare roll. We went to buy some. The next day, the owner gave us 2 new After request but it was too late, we had to get some right away Since they always have cleaning between guests, a spare roll of toilet Paper should be the rule. There was no soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. It may have Been in the instructions and I hadn't seen that It was quite a lot of steps up the stairs but I do recall it was in The instructions. The dining table seats are very uncomfortable

Wohnen Unter dem Schloss is better than a 5 star hotel!

We love our stay! It was right in the Old Town and 'under the Castle'. We would stay here again for our next trip to Heidelberg! I love to run and it was easy to go and run around the Neckar. And it was an easy climb up to the Castle!

Just to let people know that there is a spiral staircase to the apartment. We had two big suitcases, so it was difficult to 'lug' up those steps. But really, next time we will just travel with less things!
