Lovely spot in Heidelberg

Lovely location - a stone's throw from the main street. Spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Helpful host with good recommendations for Heidelberg. Highly recommend. Would stay again should we return to the area.

Really nice appartement on a great location. Very friendly host. But some extra costs.

Joachim was very nice, even when we were more than a hour late. He gave us a tour in the appartement and showed us how to park the car. Also he gave us some advice for exploring the city. The location is great and the appartement is quiet. The kitchen is also very good.

The shower was a bit leaky. So that caused us some wet socks. And the new tourist taxes in the city were a bit of a surprise. Also that and the parking costs are not included in the price on Booking.

Fantastic: the location, the apartment and the host are amazing!

The place is a great deal, it is worth every Euro. The two highlights are the location and the host. The apartment is at a short walking distance to the beautiful Castle and the tram up the hill, to the old town center/pedonal zone, to the shores of the beautiful Neckar and the boat companies. The host, Joachim, was fantastic with us: super kind and extremely helpful with all we needed. Thank you Joachim!

A decent place to stay while in Heidelberg

The location is awesome, just a short walking distance from the castle, main pedestrian street and old bridge. There is a garage and outside parking space available (at an additional fee of 8 EUR/night). The communication with host was fast and easy.

The apartment could use some lifting, especially the furniture. There is also an evident humidity problem coming from the kitchen. Finally, the tenement next door was under renovation during our stay (July 2023) which sadly meant noise from early morning.

central and quiet

Central location. Quiet despite being along a noisy road. The beds were amazing! Very neat and clean. The shower was hot but leaked a bit because the door doesn't seal properly.

It was a bit damp although this is hard to avoid with the old city wall - there is a dehumidifier but the towels couldn't dry properly so turned miff quickly. A second set of towels would fix this. The hairdryer was also broken. The kitchen is well equipped but filled with odds and ends from previous guests so one isn't too sure what is still useable.

Top Lage. Viele Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen. Parkplatz vor der Tür zu einem Top Preis. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Altstadt direkt in der Nähe.

Das einzig positive war die Lage,

Die ersten beiden Fotos sind vom Baby Bett ,das zweite von der Schlafcouch,unsere Tochter war zu dem Zeitpunkt 5 Monate alt, einem so etwas vor zusetzen ist eine Frechheit. Vermieter wusste von nichts,prüft wohl nicht regelmäßig seine Wohnung. Kompensation in Höhe von 20 % versprochen,bis heute nichts erhalten .danke booking und Vermieter für nichts. Schade das man nur 4 Fotos zeigen kann

Kellemes szállás, közel a belvároshoz

Nagyon jó helyen volt a szállás. Kellett parkoló, az is volt (fizetős). Volt egy nagy, közös terasz, székekkel, asztalokkal, kellemes volt oda kiülni beszélgetni. Az ágyak kényelmesek voltak. Összességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

Kicsit dohos az apartman, illetve a konyha rész nagyon sötét. A konyha lehetne jobban felszerelt.

Die zentrale gute Lage,man war über ein Schleichweg mitten in der Altstadt. Vermieter sehr nett,nur einmal gesehen,ist ja o.k Die Küche auf dem Foto hat diese Wohnung zum Mieten verlockt.Untensilien waren gut vorhanden. Aber dann...

Es ist ein altes Haus,daher auch muffig gerochen.Damit konnten wir leben,aber die Bettdecken die reinste Zumutung. Das geht gar nicht.Wenn es dann vorher schon mal von Gästen kritisiert wird,verstehe ich nicht,das man diese nicht erneuert.Selbst im Mai ist es noch frisch,zumal es feucht in der Wohnung ist. Kein Schrank im Schlafzimmer für 2Personen ist nicht toll.Nur eine Kommode und ne Stange zum hängen. Angeblich können ja 2Erwachsene und noch ein Reisebett aufgestellt werden im Wohnzimmer.Nur treten kann man dann nicht mehr. Der Vermieter betonte überall Fussbodenheizung,nur an ging sie nicht.Was soll sowas. Zumal im Bad kein Fenster,dementsprechend sieht auch so manches da aus.Wir haben uns es trotzdem gut gehen lassen. Also weiter empfehlen nur wegen der guten Lage.

In der Wohnung gibt es einen leichten unangenehmen Duft von Luftfeuchtigkeit verursacht. Schade, dass man das Schlafzimmer nicht abdunkeln kann. Die Matratzen sind leider durchgelegen .
