Spacious apartment, bathroom and kitchen, superb beds, quiet, well located to access Altstadt Heidelberg. Incredible view of the castle from the beautiful bath!

Stairwell and rafter beams in rooftop design present a few getting used to aspects of a large apartment. Modern design and as described, apt 5 of BS Suites is atop steep corkscrew stairs. Lighting is ample and not a problem of luggage is minimal.

Great apartment!

Very clean, lovely decorated, and at an exceptional location! The view from the window was amazing. Also, the owner was friendly and accommodated all our needs.

Wifi was not working as it should. Also, guests with mobility issues should note that the stairs are a bit uncomfortable, but in this case, there is a suite on the ground floor.

It was very hard to get into the apartment building. we weren't given the door code for the building and exact apartment number before we arrived. When we called to get this information our calls were not returned in a timely manner.

Code worked well. Was easy to store our luggage. Location was fabulous. It was very hot outside and the AC was great. Very quiet despite have access to lots of shops and restaurants.

Would have been good to have better coffee or a few more instant coffee packages.

Perfect place to stay the night in central Altstadt

Excellent location and comfortable stay. Warned about the steep stairs from other reviews (expected - you’re in the Altstadt) which weren’t a problem. Heidelberg is beautiful and everyone was so nice.

Compact apartment close to the old town.

The location of the apartment to the old bridge and old town was very close and convenient. The apartment was compact, but had enough space for a couple of days and the kitchenette was good for simple breakfasts and coffee.

There was a dishwasher, but no washing tablets or tea towels to dry the dishes were provided. We are travelling for 3 months and have minimal luggage, so we can not carry these items. Basic items like these should be included in the apartment. The pillows were too soft and not supportive. Note that there is no lift to the apartments on the upper floors, and there is a tight spiral staircase going up.

Exceptional view of Heidelberg bridge. Room has great design. Spacious and super comfortable. View from living room is unbeatable.

It's not easy to contact host through mail. The stair is quite steep and small with no elevator (Europe standard).

We arrived in dark so tooke us some time to find the property. it's literally located next to Cocodec. The view from window was amazing, the apartment was cozy with evrything we need. Just that the building has no lift, staicase abit narrow for big suitcase, be mentally prepared to carry big suitcase to 3rd or 4th floor.

you get what you pay for

the location is great

we are a group of 4 adults and 4 kids, but made a mistake when booking the reservation. At checkin, we realized the mistakes and the hotel prepared 6 sets of bedding for us. we communicated the mistake to the hotel and explained that we would need two more sets of bedding and are willing to pay for the extra. As there is no front desk, the hotel said they will ask the cleaning staff to bring the beddings. however, no body ever came and there was no answer from the hotel ever again when we asked again at night when they could deliver the extra bedding.

This property is in a perfect location, easy walking distance to all the cafes, and overlooks the river. It was easy to find and the contactless check in was hassle free. We enjoyed the air conditioning on a hot summers day.

It is a small apartment with little space but not an issue as the location is perfect and easy to get out and explore everything!

We didn’t have internet the first day, there is not enough space for 3 people to sit down and eat, even though the apartment is for 4. Not enough basics in the apartment (kitchen towel, garbage bags, cutlery)
