Perkeo Apartments: Junior-, Family suite | Heidelberg-Oldtown

We read the listing as a two bedroom unit. It is a one bedroom unit with three beds in the bedroom, a king and a single. The living room has a pull out king or queen size bed, but that means you lose the living room if someone is going to be wanting to sleep before the rest of the people in your group. The unit worked fine although we had an exchange student spending two of the three nights we stayed there with us. We simply pulled this single mattress off of the single bed in our bedroom and moved it into the living room, so we did not have to make up with a bed for her to sleep in the bathroom door from the bedroom into the bathroom is a sliding frosted glass door, which is a little uncomfortable if people are in the bedroom and a person enters the bathroom from the hallway door as you can still see them through it. A solid door would have done a much better choice everything else about the unit the kitchen the living area it’s location to shopping restaurants and river cruises is 10 out of 10 we could not have been any happier with the unit. Other than the fact we had expected two separate bedrooms. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom so we purchased more and there were no details in the kitchen. I had advised the property management on our departure of the short falls, which all in all are not significant we used a hand towel for the tea towel and the three euros for more toilet paper was not an issue. Just a convenience factor. The area is very safe .

Mariana was a fantastic host, and could not have been more responsive to our questions and requests. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was great for exploring the old town. We appreciate the stand up shower, and the well appointed kitchen with laundry. I would definitely recommend this apartment, and would book it again if we get the chance to return to Heidelberg in the future.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, mit allem drum und dran....Reinigung zwischendurch, Bettwäschewechsel Dort kann man Urlaub/Erholung entspannt vom Alltag verbringen,ohne Alltagslärm oder Mitbewohner. Kurze Wege in die Stadt, zur Schiffstour, Schloss ...einfach genial. Danke für die schönen Tage, auch kurz nach dem Shutdown.
