Clean, spacious and comfortable property in the heart of Dossenheim.

Beautiful apartment, clean and well-maintained with all new appliances and lovely touches like gifts of toothpaste, toothbrushes and complimentary tea. Beds were very comfortable and space was big.

Contrary to the written description, it’s not a 2 bedroom apartment but rather a one bedroom apartment with a very large living room / dining room that also includes a bed. The space works for families but wouldn’t be great if you actually wanted two separate rooms (which was what we had originally wanted when we booked). A quick change in the description would fix that so people know what they’re booking. That said, there isn’t anything we didn’t like about the property - just an inaccuracy in the description. It’s a one bedroom, two bed apartment.

The place was perfect for our stay!

It was extremely spacious and clean. >> Having two bathrooms was great (although one did not have a shower or bath-tub, i.e. no wet area) >> The location was perfect for our needs, had all the amenities we needed and everything was clearly labelled. >> The host was extremely responsive and gave clear instructions.

>> If the host expects guests who do not speak German (like myself), it would be helpful to have labels and instructions in the property in English also. (Currently, everything is in German. We managed Ok with Google Translate though) >> A curtain or drape between the bed-area and the adjoining drawing/dining room would have been great to offer some privacy to that bedroom.

Benauwd en warm er kan niet geventileerd worden. Deur en twee ramen{2.5mtr.hoog] boven de deur aan de straatzijde hebben twee dagen open gestaan en nog boven 25C. Veel sigarettenrook binnen van buren. Nergens horren dus vliegen en muggen. Drempel in woning slecht zichtbaar, gevaarlijk. Het rolluik in de slaapkamer wordt gebruikt als gordijn met als gevolg geen frisse lucht. Prijs/kwaliteit niet reëel. Stuffy and warm, can't be ventilated. Frontdoor en windows[2.5mtr.high] above the door open for two days and the temp. remains ad 25C plus. No window screens in the house. Cigarette-smoke from the neighbors who live there and smoking outside there houses. The threshold in the house is poorly visible {dangerous} No curtans in the bedroom, using the roller shutter and there is no fresh air to sleep in. Price quality is not realistic.

L'host ha comunicato tempestivamente le informazioni importanti. Ha mandato messaggi poco prima dell'arrivo e poco prima della partenza. L'appartamento è estremamente pulito, dotato del necessario per cucinare e per lavarsi. C'è anche la lavatrice e un aspirapolvere. All'arrivo l'host si è premurato di farci trovare un po' di sugo e un pacco di spaghetti. Utile per chi arriva tardi e potrebbe trovare chiuso locali con generi di prima necessità. L'appartamento è molto grande e confortevole, molto luminoso. Si tratta di ambiente aperto per cui è tutto a vista. La zona cucina è comoda, lo è anche la zona salotto. Il parcheggio è super, a due metri dall'entrata. Per fare la spesa è perfetto, non c'è bisogno neanche di utilizzare buste, è come parcheggiare l'auto in soggiorno.

La casa va bene per una coppia o per una famiglia o per amici affiatati, perché c'è solo una stanza riservata, con bagno in camera, gli altri due letti sono entrambi nell'ambiente aperto, di cui uno nel divano. Questo aspetto andrebbe specificato nella descrizione in quanto se ci sono due amici che vogliono rispettivamente la propria privacy, solo per uno può essere soddisfatto. Inoltre, se chi sta nella stanza riservata vuole bere un po' d'acqua di notte, deve necessariamente recarsi nell'area dov'è l'altro letto disturbando inevitabilmente chi dorme. Il letto nell'area open ha un altro svantaggio, sebbene le vetrate siano state opacizzate con un velo adesivo non sono protetti dalla luce. Anche in questo caso, la stanza singola ha tapparelle ma l'ambiente open no, per cui chi dorme nell'ambiente open può avere difficoltà se è foto sensibile. Infatti, nel giardino antistante l'ingresso ci sono luci che si accendono automaticamente con il movimento, di notte si accendono ogni tanto e possono disturbare il sonno. Mancano del tutto contenitori per vestiti. Ci sono due attaccapanni a vista in entrambe le stanze. Ci sono anche alcune grucce, pertanto i vestiti si appendono alle grucce ma se si sta qualche giorno in più (quindi più vestiti) diventa necessario lasciare qualcosa nei trolley.

De ruimte, de faciliteiten, de fantastische omgeving. We hadden twee slaapkamers verwacht, maar een tweepersoonsbed bleek in de overigens wel zeer grote woonkamer te staan.

Super séjour dans un trés beau loft

Trés beau loft, trés confortable avec beaucoup d'espace. Propreté irréprochable. Seule remarque (qui ne nous a pas géné) il y a un lit dans une chambre séparée et un lit double dans la pièce de vie sans séparation. L'équipement vaisselles/couverts est un peu juste pour un séjour d'une semaine ou plus.

Komfortabel, sauber, bequem und auch angenehm ruhig

Die Unterkunft war genau, wie auf den Bildern suggeriert! Alles war sehr sauber und zur Begrüßung war ein kleines Essens- und Trinken-Paket vor Ort. Die Kontaktaufnahme wg. nicht gefundenem WLAN war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Problem war schnell beseitigt. Der Komfort in der Wohnung ist sehr hoch und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis top !
