nice weekendholiday

the hotel was direct in the walking area from heidelberg. when you closed the windows it was not loud, also the other guest wasnt loud ehrn we was there. everything was in walking distance and close by . the breakfast was also very good everything enaugh and we could order always more

everything was fine except the bed was a little bit deep for me, because no boxspring bed, but the matraze and blanket was very fine

Location

Very simple room, one chair, one set of towels for a double is stingy. No breakfast until 9am. The advertised town view was a look at the wall across the lane.

great location

unfortunately we couldn’t get a taxi to the station when we were leaving . the other staff members had been very welcoming and fantastic but this other guy on in the evenings didn’t seem to know what he was doing . he just said there were no taxis and then ignored us, which meant we had to run for 30 minute to the train station not an ideal end to the stay. But the hotel itself was great and i would highly recommend.

Calling it a hotel is pretty far fetched, more like an airbnb.

The location was amazing, right in the center. Breakfast was simple but great and available even after 11am 👌🏻👌🏻 Nice view of the church and some parts of the christmas market. Room was big but sparsely filled with cheap ikea stuff.

It was not a hotel, no cleaning, no amenities beside simple shower gel, no elevator and no real reception. The wifi was slower than Edge on mobile and unusable for anything beside simple messages. The shower has less pressure than any I have ever been to. The bed was hard and the pillow old and uncomfortable. The blanked was super thin, especially considering it's winter when I went. The room was located at the corner of the building with a nice view of the church. Too bad it was also above a nightclub and across a bar. Sleeping was hardly possible as it vibrated and shook all night. You could also hear every word spoken outside (or most of the time shouted). Be aware, this place also has no aircon so it will be horrible in the summer. They provided us parking for 30$ (which seems fair for 2 nights), too bad the parking is 10min away by foot.

great apartment, superb location. Loved it

location, size and facilities were great

bedding, sheets etc were very clean however what was underneath wasnt which we didn’t notice until we stripped bedding when we were leaving, mattress in double room was severely stained. You’re in the hub of the old town so don’t expect a peaceful night.

No mention that cleaning services were not part of the deal for apartments and only for rooms. We were told it would cost 20 Euro extra for this. This MUST be disclosed on the site. Did get fresh towels and toiletries and tea bags but only after making a strong demand for them. All requests to staff has to be referred to a manager and some issues — a sink that did not drain thanks to a faulty cap — never got resolved.

The noise coming from the bar downstairs was almost unbearable. Very disruptive to sleep. For this reason I wouldn't stay again which is a shame. At check in, the hosts had no idea I had booked and took 1.5 hours to get my room ready.

Disappointing

The best thing about the location as also the worst. Super central location, sadly extremely noisy from the local bars / clubs. We live in a big city ourselves and are used to normal noise levels, but this location was something else. No sleep whatsoever.

If you want to go on a sightseeing trip to Heidelberg this the quite perfect place.

Very central to the market places, bars and restaurants. Only a few minute walk to the train which brings you easily up to the castle and the Königstuhl with its beautiful view. Also Lovely and clean rooms. Room #3 has direct view to the church.

eher ein Cafe mit Zimmervermietung- Frühstück erst nach 9

- sehr zentrale Lage - großes Zimmer

Wir suchten ein Hotel mit Frühstücksangebot und haben uns aufgrund der guten Bewertungen des Frühstücks für dieses Hotel entschieden. Aber vor Ort erfuhren wir, dass es erst Frühstück gibt, wenn das Cafe öffnet- also erst um 9 Uhr. Dazu gibt es kein Hinweis in der Leistungsbeschreibung auf booking! Dann hätten wir das Hotel NICHT gewählt, sondern eine der zahlreichen anderen Möglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Immerhin stellte man uns am Abend belegte Brötchen und heißen Kaffee vor die Tür, der natürlich am Morgen kalt war und bei weitem nicht dem entsprach, was man gebucht hatte.

Frühstück war sehr gut mit Kaffe, Ree, Orangen sagt, Brötchen usw. Zimmer war sehr gut, Badezimmer mit Duche im Bad, Toillete, Heizung, jeden Tag frische Handtücher, excellent service. Vergiss nicht ein auswahl aus verschiedene Torte zu machen.

Super Unterkunft für Städtetrip

Top Lage in der Heidelberger Altstadt. Von hier sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplatz in einer Privatgarage kann für 20€ pro Tag genutzt werden. Frühstück beinhaltet 2 Brötchen, Baguette, kleine Aufschnittplatte, Rührei oder Spiegeleier spwie Heißgetränke. Für uns völlig ausreichend. Das Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet aber sehr sauber.
