Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ruhig. Im Innenhof war es auch kühler als auf der Straße. Die nahegelegene Tiefgarage ist etwas dunkel aber ok. Man konnte nachts gut durchlüften.
Der Sitzplatz auf dem Balkon war ziemlich gammlig, die angekündigte Klimaanlage war nur ein (guter) Ventilator, Anfangs war die Kommunikation über booking etwas langsam. Vpn der Dusche läuft das Wasser ins ganze Bad. Die Matratze war schon etwas durchgelegen.
