We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

Close to lots of eating places and the Christmas markets. The property was clean and organised well. A bonus to have a washing machine and car parking that wasn't too far away.

Not sure what the extra tourist tax was about...

Wonderful location, confiniant, will return!

Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. It felt very cozy and warm. The interior was lovely. It was close to shops, restaurants very convenient.

Unfortunately we had noisy upstairs neighbors on both nights that we stayed there. Loud walking continuously as well as slamming of doors both days until at-least 02.00 am. We hope to have better luck next time cos the property is really good!

Walkable to old town train station. Greek restaurant across the road was excellent. I read some mentions about noise, but we found it very quiet.

Wonderful and comfortable apartment. Great location and very nice hostess.

The owner was there to greet us and let us into the apartment. We arrived a little early and she was able to accommodate us - which we really appreciated after a long flight. We had a mishap with our passports and the owner was super helpful and nice to help us out to find them. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness. Location was great, place was comfortable and beds were comfortable, and lots of space for family of four. The apartment is up one flight of stairs. Love the view out the window of the river. Beautiful. The bedrooms were on a busy street, which had me worried, but we didn't really notice any noise when we had the windows shut so we slept well.

As in most places in Europe, there doesn't seem to be fans in the bathrooms so it can get can of smelly and wet in there. Just expect that from most places :)

A fantastic place to enjoy the city.

The location was perfect, and what really impressed me was how big the apartment itself was. For a place in the heart of the old town, this was very surprising. I didn't get to use many of the amenities on our short visit, but everything looked to be clean and functional.

The mattress felt like it had a very (very) slight slope to it, but that didn't keep me from enjoying a good night's sleep. And yes, there is parking available but it was buried in the listing that I had to specify that I needed to reserve a spot. I don't mind paying a parking fee, but I wish that it had been more obvious that the availability was limited.

Amazing place!

The location was exceptional, situated right across from the river and mountains, offering a stunning view. The marketplace was conveniently located just behind the apartment. The host was very approachable and accommodating. The apartment itself was beautiful, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated.The kitchen was well-equipped, bathroom had an ample supply of toiletries, and a cupboard thoughtfully stocked with items like an umbrella and laundry supplies. Everything was readily available. We enjoyed our stay.

This super clean and comfortable location is truly perfect to be close to all that historic Heidelberg has to offer.

It is a beautiful, roomy flat located in the heart of the historic are of Heidelberg. It is a wonderful location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. I would rent this flat again and most likely will!!!

The bathroom shower had a mixture of smaller travel sized shampoos, all previously used, but no soap for the body. Perhaps a body wash/shampoo dispenser would be better and feel more sanitary. The pub downstairs got a little loud with live music but the owner provides some ear plugs in one of the wooden boxes in the apartment. This was only on one night (Thurs) of a two night stay.

Gorgeous apartment, ideally located with a wonderful host!

Instructions were provided ahead of our stay which were very clear and easy to follow. The host came to the apartment when she saw we had arrived to introduce herself - very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

We loved it!

Location, views, facilities, spotlessly clean. We could not have asked for a better start to our family holiday. Emma was a great host and popped in to give extra coffee pods. Our 20yr old son is with us- he has an intellectual and physical disabilities. There are stairs to the apartment but they were definitely wide enough to easily fit him and one of us to safely assist. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful city.

The only issue was noise from the apartment above. It weirdly started every night around midnight. Sounded as though furniture was being moved across the floor and also ??hammering. This didn’t impact our review of the apartment

The only issue we had was a lot of noise from the apartment above during the night. It sounded as though furniture was being moved around and banging - it weirdly started every night around midnight and continued for a couple of hours. THIS HAS NOT AFFECTED OUR RATING OF THE PROPERTY.

Fantastic place to stay with excellent host!

Location could not be beat.

Since it was so close to everything it could be busy and loud at night. We were there on Friday and Saturday night so there were a lot of activities up until early morning. Closing the windows cut the noise by a lot.

Very nice!

Very good location. I saw some people complain about the noise from the bar nearby, but I didn't hear anything. Lovely view from the bedroom. Apartment was clean and pleasant. Really pleasant stay, and no problems at all.

Bedroom table lamps didn't work. Shower prone to leaking towards the toilet no matter how careful we were.

Beautiful place in a beautiful town.

Very large apartment, a wonderful combination of new and old furniture, and very clean, comfortable beds. It has a large living room and a kitchen, a bathroom and another wc. Very nice host, the owners of the vis-a-vis restaurant. Good communication with the hosts, they allowed us to leave the luggage there after the check-out hours. Situated very close to the Heidelberg Castle, with a view to the Nekar river.

This place was exceptional!! Fabulous location with view of the river and bridge in the heart of Old Town. We could not have been happier. It is super cute, great interior design and furnishings, very comfortable, enough living space to be comfy for my family of 5. 1/2 bath and washing machine are a nice bonus. And it does have Wifi - even though it said somewhere on Booking.com that it didn't. We didn't have any noise problems from the pub downstairs since we were not directly above it. The owner was SUPER HELPFUL when we left 2 passports behind on the day of our departure. She was quick to respond to our panicked text and get keys to us in the early morning. She saved us that morning!!

There wasn't a single thing we didn't like about this place. I wanted to move in!!

An Enjoyable Stay.

Location was great. Walking distance to the old town and the main shopping street and the major sights - Old Bridge, Heidelberg Castle, Christmas Markets. Apartment was big and cosy and host was friendly. She met us upon arrival to hand us the keys and show us the apartment. We enjoyed our 2 nights' stay in the apartment. Heating was sufficient too.

There were some stains on the bedsheets.

Lage ist perfekt, man erreicht alles zu Fuß. Ausstattung an Gläsern, Tassen und Teller war besser als in den meisten Unterkünfte. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
