Regardless of the cleaning issues, my family especially the kids enjoyed the stay.

I got an upgrade from a very friendly receptionist and all through the staff were courteous and helpful

Room cleaning was poor. My room was cleaned occasionally. Had to call for fresh towels sometimes. Beddings weren’t changed sometimes 2-3 days. Same with trash!

It’s decent but expensive for what quality you’re getting

Location is good

Breakfast food made sick, this was my second time going to this hotel and it did the same thing. Beds weren’t comfortable this second time around first time I came was good, the pools weren’t open both times I came July 29th 2024 and August 29 2025 so idk what the deal on that is. Also the second time around the room smelt very bad when we first walked in the room

Good stay generally, BUT wet floor & a crib charge

It was a good location and the staff were kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable.

The floor was wet right by the a/c vent, which makes me concerned for mold issues, etc. Thankfully it was just there, so it was easily avoided when walking. And there was no smell (yet). I had requested a crib, but the request didn’t go through. Even though they brought me one easily, they charged me $25. I’ve never been charged for a crib at a hotel and I have four kids, so I’ve had a good share of hotel stays with babies.

Just okay, not as good as previous stays .

We stayed here twice before and liked it but this room was not very good . It was the handicap room but not a good one .

The room was huge, the latch on door to bathroom was handicap but we didn’t like it it was loud to lock and unlock and odd. The shower had a curtain that didn’t go to the bottom so water leaked out on the floor no matter where you positioned the shower water and it looked dated - dark. The check in - and out staff was very nice though .

Very Safe Enviorment and Clean Facility

The property was in a very good spot close to the interstate the regal cinemas Buffalo Wild Wings and 9 mins from Walmart it’s very well kept up clean and very peaceful staff is amazing nice and very polite the suite is wonderful it has everything you need for your stay and it’s very spacious the pool was clean and very quite area the breakfast is awesome my family and I enjoyed our stay there thanks for having us I recommend and 10 stars on the books

The largest issue was with our booking. The wrong details were sent from Booking to the hotel. The hotel was able to accommodate us.

The stay was just ok.

The room was very nice but after being in it for a while we noticed gnats. I'm not sure if a previous tenant left food but the gnats were very annoying.

Gnats in the room, the TV didn't work accurately after the first night, and having to pay for parking. I paid for parking for no reason. This was not discussed at check-in and don't appreciate the extra charges. On top of not being aware of the charge, the parking lots were empty the whole time we stayed. So it wasn't because of shortage of parking spots. Give me an explanation or refund the $14.99 + taxes. It doesn't make sense. And nowhere did it say, upon reservation, I would have to pay for parking. Also the weekend crew/workers, besides the maintenance man, are not very friendly. It was like I was bothering them for any kind of help.

Friendly staff. The room is clean, and the beds are comfortable to rest. Late check-out time and good breakfast.

There was not a table and 2 chairs in the kitchen ( beside the refrigerator) on the 4th floor. Last time we stayed on the 2nd and 3rd floor, there was a table and two chairs.

The location, room, staff and even the coffee in the morning was exceptional. There were dining options (restaurants) within walking distance of the hotel. The parking was very conveniant.

Good and quiet location

Felt like a family hotel. The room was clean. It has a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kitchen, and dishes. The location is nearby eatery places. 2 minutes walk to The Metropolitan cinema. The breakfast is more than expected. We would definitely come back.

Disappointing!

Location. I received a discount due to the A/C issue.

The male receptionist explained out loud how to get to my room. Luckily, no one else was around or I would have asked for a different room. I gave him a tip and please educate your staff: when a female is checking-in alone, it is inappropriate safety-wise to announce, show room number or tell how to navigate to her room. The A/C thermostat wouldn't go below 71 degrees and even with a floor fan, the room wasn't comfortable. There was someone's hair on the commode. I don't think I'll be back! :-(

Exceptional

I liked the location. It's in a safe location and close to where we needed to go. Staff were friendly and gave us advice on how to get to the concert. I don't usually stay on the south side in any town, but I liked the nice reviews. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Thier were close to many amenities small distance to travel. I love how prepared they were for any situation the staff was always on point with thier task . The kitchen staff hardwork is very noticeable they kept it clean and professional easy flowing for our meal to get on with our day . Housekeepers respected our privacy in our stay but as soon as we walked in our room ,it was so inviting . Front desk always welcoming .
