Comfy mattress and room was good. Know that a maid doesn't come everyday, but that didn't bother me.

there was a $75 deposit the hotel requested on site that I was unaware of. Nothing on booking.com says there would be a deposit. The workers lied and said it was just a. Hold and that the 75 would not be taken from my account. 2 days later I'm still missing the $75 from my account. I would not recommend this place. Called and messaged the property days before the stay and could never get ahold of anyone

Good for price w/kitchen

Nice Room size, newer bldg/appliances, good water pressure top floor, comfy beds, lots of parking. Staff polite. Free laundry.

Air conditioning did not work well. Was coolish, but even set on 65°, it didnt seem to get below 72°. Got humid after showers. Keycards regularly didnt work, and it was a hassle going back downstairs to replace. Laundry was free, but machines didnt have a real spin cycle and the clothes were dripping when cycle done, even with really small loads. Needs some fixing. No restaurants, stores walkable.

Great stay with a lot of local place to eat and drink!

Staff was great and very welcoming. Also loved that it was around a lot of places to eat and drink. Very easy to get to. And very easy to get to downtown Austin if you want that night life. Right off the freeway.

Great Location. Amazing quality for the price!

Great location: super easy to get to and avoid Austin traffic; and from there was very easy to get into downtown. Big comfortable rooms with great amenities. Staff are super friendly. $75 deposit with $5 a night parking super reasonable.

Lovely, perfect for the price

Bathroom clearly designed by a woman! Lots of bench space and curved shower curtain. Front desk staff lovely and very helpful. The bed and pillow were comfy too.

I stayed two weeks and loved it. Small but a solid gym, free washing and drying, nice kitchen.

There is no breakfast and location is solid, ofc depends on where you need to be.

The location was easy to access. The property is well lit and felt safe arriving late from work. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were extremely professional and friendly and very helpful. Very affordable.

Felt kinda cozy and had lots of space. There were two televisions - one in the bedroom and one in the living area.

Needed more blankets. It felt a bit grimy and there was hair in the bath/shower. Furniture was a worn down. There were quite a bit of homeless in the area that were coked out and underdressed. You have to pay for parking for the very empty and very private parking lot they have, which seemed extremely unnecessary given there were a lot of homeless around... Also the AC wasn't working great.. we had to put it down to 62, but it felt like 75. We only stayed one night so we made do so we could get out of there as soon as possible!

Great place to stay for longer visits

Friendly staff and good value for money. Laundry service was free while we were there but that might be changing. There's also a decent gym that's free to use and appliances you can borrow for your kitchen.

A bit dated and free parking would be nice. Rooms only get cleaned every 7 days.

Dad's Day Visit

Loved the room that I chose for my dad. When I came to visit, it was clean, spacious, and truly wheelchair accessible. Hotel staff was friendly and I'm sure they helped him out during his stay.

My only complaint, and maybe I missed this, was there weren't any handicapped automatic buttons for the lobby doors.

The kitchenette was convenient. The location was convenient.

The tub had hair and dirt in it. There were huge stains all throughout the carpet in the hallways. The sink in the kitchenette was clogged. The ice maker in the fridge did not work. There is only 1 elevator in the entire hotel. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the facility. I was charged a $75 "hold fee" in case there were damages to the room(words of the employee). The employee said she couldn't use the card on file that I had for the room with for this transaction because it was my boyfriend's card, so I used my card. It ended up being a $90 hold instead of $75 and when I asked about it she said she didn't know what that was about and that I could call corporate of I didn't like it. The front desk lady also tried to charge for parking, which was strange to me because this is most definitely not a luxury hotel. She "comped" the parking for me when I told her the ice machine didn't work. Housekeeping tried to come in 2 hours before checkout while I was napping before getting back on the road. I had the door deadbolted, and the do not disturb sign on the door nob.

Bed rails stick out and don't line up with bed frame. Taken by surprise when walked around bed and hit foot which caused a cut and bled. This is a serious problem that can cause future accidents like falls or cuts

It was very convenient and close to good dining and fun venues. The staff even offered and upgrade stay with 2 separate rooms so it was like a suite stay. The rooms were good quality.

No fresh air, ventilation

Even though the location was a little far from all the attractions, the area around the hotel was nice, quite and with a lot of places to eat and shop. The room had clean towels and bedsheets. Free convenient parking, small gym with everything you need for a quick nice exercise.

A bit dusty shelves in the bathroom (it was obvious that someone was rushing during the cleaning. Bathroom ventilation: someone was smoking in bathroom and all the smoke was coming into our room through it. That was the hugest cons for us.

No water no electric pipes broke. Did not get my refund as promised for time not stay. Paid for a week but only stayed three days. No heat
