Terrible Disappointing Inconvenienced

This was a terrible experience, Staff was very rude, the room smelled like urine, I aske for an alternate room it was worse. When I communicated a refund I was asked to contact Booking.com and find a better option. Wowww, never again.

New policy for Service Dogs. Pet fees 😔😔😔

Location, stayed there many times in the last 15 years.

I have brought my service dogs there for 6 years havr proof he is registered,and showed them that . Yet still charged us 25 dollars pet fee. I told them no at first, He was unprofessional because he said call and cancel if we don't pay. I know it takes weeks to get refunded and I was sick of arguing . But I doubt I'll give them a recommendation ever again. Can you charge pet fee to service dogs with verification. ???? Also, they had bare wires showing, that could have injured my dogs, however since they are trained , it was no problem keeping them away from the Hazzard.

Beds were shaking and squeaking, roaches on the floor, room next door were smoking weed and it's coming through the bathroom vent smelling our entire room all night, when we asked management to change sheets and towels they just dropped it on the bed expecting us to make the beds ourselves. Day 2 the roaches were still there.

Worst experience ever

Nothing staff was not even on sight. Paid so much for nothing pool wasn't even working still had la quinta name. All they had to offer for breakfast was cereal and biscuits with jam they said since it was the weekend that's all they had that during the week was the good breakfast but checked in on Thursday and Friday it was the same thing.

Stayed for 3 nights never got my blankets changed house keeping took my blankets when I stopped them and asked for a sheet changed said they don't do that only when the guests check out but took my sheets anyway that was at 12 pm didn't get any sheets till 9pm when I went to the front office to ask about the sheets the lady at the front desk said all housekeepers left and that I couldn't have new sheets since housekeeping left I continued to tell her I had nothing so she said I had to wait till she can wash and dry and had time that was a 5 pm waited 4 hours for sheets. Very poor service

If you need a cheap place to stay for a night it’s ok.

Staff was friendly. Room was pretty clean.

Location was kind of meh. Pool was not able to be used and the free breakfast they offer is over by like 9am. There where dogs barking constantly after 12am. Some lamps where out the entirety of our stay (there are no overhead lights either), and tho we asked we didn’t get changes of towels. The bath clogged the first 5 minutes you stood inside it. The area is not one I would like to be out in after dark, and some guests and people around the hotel seemed every hostile. The microwave did not have a plate to set your food on.

I didn’t like my stay because I was not able to sleep well because I felt unsafe.

I didn’t have breakfast. But, it was told that the hotel did have it.

I didn’t like to the way the hotel look. The reason why I did not get breakfast was because the lobby of the hotel was nasty. The clerk try to put me and a location that didn’t look safe. There were people fighting outside of our new room.

This is a La Quinta with 1 super 8 sign. Even the merchant on my invoice said La Quinta.

Room smelled like someone smoked in it. Sheets felt oily, had stains, and found little scraps of toilet paper in the bed. Bathroom had mold on the edge of the ceiling in the shower.

The room was big enough. Breakfast was better than nothing.

I checked in at about 10 pm, the receptionist was not there for half an hour. I had to worry and wait, I was late for the meeting. There are a lot of cockroaches in the room. The noise from the highway kept me awake.
