My vehicle was damaged by another vehicle that was parked next to our vehicle. Hotel didn’t have any exterior cameras. Hotel had security at the property but the security didn’t see anything.

Booked this location several times for my employees as part of a work assignment in south Austin. Outside is typical Austin homeless issues the property does a nice job of maintaining a safe environment

Great new property but it’s in a pretty industrial area. Lots of vagrants around which make you think twice about the open parking. They do have security patrolling and have controlled access to the lobby, but just be aware. The hotel itself is nice, clean and the rooms are well appointed for the price point.

Room was a bit small, but had everything I needed for the one night stay. Bed was a little too firm for my taste, but bedding was clean. Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and even allowed me to leave my luggage there while I attended my event at the Capitol at no additional charge.

really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and it had a welcoming vibe that made us feel at home. The staff was always helpful and quick to respond to any questions. My kids especially loved the pool, and the breakfast had a nice variety of options. The location was perfect for getting around the city. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 10 was because the elevator was a little slow at times. Still, overall a great value and experience

I like the new upgraded Aloft. More room and a little classier than the prior iterations I have stayed at. Only complaint is the breakfast option - very bad. Disappointing.

This property is in a TERRIBLE area!!! None of the descriptions I read before described it. Doors had to be locked at night because of the amount of homeless around trying to enter the premises. Door handle in the room was broken and child almost cut themselves on it. Reported it to the front but was never fixed. Room was only cleaned once.
