The hotel is fine. The staff is great, well trained and could not be better. The only hiccup was the indoor pool. It was uncomfortably cool. When we asked if they could possibly put the heater on, they did, but it was still quite cold.

This was a good hotel. It had a good but busy breakfast area. We got a bill for parking, but it looked like they wrote off the fee. It would have been over $20. You may want to make sure if they charge for parking or not before you stay here. There is only one restaurant in the neighboring Marriott hotel. You will need to drive a little to find places to eat.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful to me. They very pleasantly assisted me with your computer and printing process. They even scanned and emailed one of my very important documents to me that I was required to upload. If your front desk staff didn't help me, I would have needed to leave, find a business center and jump through many hoops. I appreciated their willingness to help me.

This hotel is nice enough and is clean. Everytime I've stayed there, I get a room with a toilet that barely flushes. It happened again on this last stay. The room is always clean and the AC works great. The bed in my room this time was not comfortable. I think a new mattress is needed!

When we arrived the first room they gave us the key would not work propwrly. Went down stairs and they gave us another room in a higher floor and i asked for a disability room with shower did not get it either. The beds are to small and very uncomfortable. There pool was supposedly being clean both days we were there so we did not get to use pool.We were sent to another hotel next door to use.

The pool was excellent and so was the staff. 1st room given had what appeared to be black mold, 2nd room had water running down the inside of the door, 3rd room the bolt came out as we opened the door, and Finally the 4th room was clean and no issues.
