Premium name poor operation.

No breakfast provided.

Charged $10/night to park--really. Then the premium parking wasn't available as the card reader wasn't working. Then every time you left you had to get a new card as the elevators which work with your card didn't work.

ATX Olive Company - breakfast was amazing! Loved the hotel staff, every one we came in contact with was so helpful, friendly and greeted you right away. Customer service was exceptional! We purchased the room with breakfast included and the restaurant was not aware our meal was included and mistakenly charged us for our breakfast. I spoke with Sheryl and she immediately corrected the issue, credited my account and gave the proper notifications to the kitchen so we didnt run into the same issue the next morning. I really appreciated that.The decor was beautiful, loved the hotel and the location.

Our room bathroom faucet had a slight water leak which kept the water running continuously in the room and gave a water smell in the room (room 330). We kept forgetting to tell the staff during our stay. Im mentioning for future guests. Aside from this our stay was Perfect!

disappointing

unable to check in on time due to their system issues even after being offered early check in a day prior. keys for our unit were given three times to other patrons who tried to enter our room when we were sleeping. maintenance even woke us up once asking if we needed the batteries in our door changed. no offers for comps or corrections were made.

Disgusting in the ghetto room was horrible. Blood in the bathroom. Wallpaper stapled and falling off. The heater was on in our room.

I liked the location of the property.

What I didn’t like was there was construction at the property the pool wasn’t open the restaurant the bar nothing was open and I was not aware that all this was close due to construction. When I made the reservation I was not advised that there was going to be construction in the facility was going to be closed such as the pool the restaurant the bar!

I didn’t like that the homeless “tent camps” (under the bridge, by I-35), were so close to the property. For just ordering coffee and a bagel, the service in the restaurant was very slow, even though it the dining room wasn’t even that full. We also had to find the waitress to get our check.

I like the room set up. Both night barista and the dining attendant, they were grea! Breakfast was excellent!

Didn't like the pool so much. Too enclosed. Could be better if it's a little outdoor or st least wide open walls or retractable. But over all was wonderful.

Me gustó mucho la limpieza de la habitación y del hotel en general, los detalles de la habitación y el mantenimiento que le dan demuestra que es un hotel bien cuidado y que están al tanto de dar un excelente servicio. El gimnasio esta buenísimo. Los desayunos están incluídos en el precio de la habitación y es algo muy bueno, aparte que eran de buena calidad.

La habitación era muy pequeña, la reservación se hizo para 4 personas y las camas son demasiado pequeñas, lo que hace que sean incómodas para que se duerman 2 personas en ellas. El que no haya WiFi gratis, ni parqueo gratis, y tampoco agua pura en las habitaciones, para el precio que se paga por noche es algo que se siente bastante miserable departe del hotel
