This property is now charging $10 a day to park. It had been free for all the years I’ve been staying there. The parking isn’t even covered. It seems like a small amount but free and ease of parking has always been a feature of the Marriott properties and I stay at this one in particular because it is not downtown where all hotels valet or charge for parking. Also, why is coffee not complimentary in the lobby? Just small things but it’s like getting charged extra for a reclining seat on a plane. I do think the property got remodeled very nicely a while ago. Room decor is inviting and fresh looking. Bedding always great at a Marriott.

A full service hotel should have rob and slippers, water in the room , make up mirror and more than one hook in the bath. No stool or chair there for clothes to hang

I always stay at Marriotts when I travel and am usually pleased. This hotel was the exception. Run down and not in great condition. Hotel staff were not very helpful, despite some situations that were out of control, their attitudes were not pleasant and they were not eager to explain or assist. Very dissapointed.

The hotel looked very nice, and the room was clean. We did not get to visit any other section of the hotel other than the room.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Considering the rate daily rate, everything should be in working condition - blinds should be operable and water should be hot. I was allowed to change rooms, which was great. But then there were broken tiles in the shower - this should not be case when the room rate is almost $400 a night outside the city center. All in all it was a good experience and the lobby is very nice and the staff is excellent.
