Terrible experience would not recommend a stay.

Terrible old furniture. It looked nothing like the pictures on this site. Our couch was broken and our chair had screws sticking out of it. My partner was cut up by these screws and there was no first aid equipment available anywhere in the hotel.

Ain't like anything about the property.

Everything could be better, Staff is not friendly, they didn't inform me the breakfast timing and I missed the breakfast, also they didn't inform me the wifi password. Lights are blinking all the time.

The Ambiance Clean Rooms Furniture in Lobby Staff in Morning or Evening shift was friendly

The Bed was too Hight it should be more comfortable and a bit lower bed. Breakfast Option was so limited ( in one buffet dish Eggs & Pork Sausages was available) should not be together. can add any continental option like Omlat. There was no resturant inhouse to order some food you have to travel alot.

The beds were comfortable, A/C worked fine and was not loud,

Breakfast seating was limited. Couches and lounge chairs should be replaced with cafeteria tables/seating. People don't want a 'cute' seating space, they want to sit together comfortably. The toilet seat was loose, one of the bolts were not tightened down.

Room was ok, free parking.

Small bathroom. Breakfast was very limited and there was no water served, it was the first hotel ever where water wasn't available at breakfast. The hotel is on a very busy road and getting there and out can be a headache.

Good budget option if you just need a bed and free parking

Free parking was a real plus – plenty of space and no extra fees. Location is convenient for I-35, quick access to downtown Austin and the airport. Check-in was fast and staff friendly.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Not worth getting up for. Rooms are dated, carpet felt old, and Wi-Fi was slow in the evening.

It was OK, a bit overrated

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Lots of food options just down the road.

The did not honor my early check in request, I confirmed early check in twice online and over the phone with staff but upon arrival no rooms were available till 3 so I had to find something to do for 2 hours because I didn't want to sit in the lobby.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, especially for the airport. Rooms were sufficiently clean.

The property is on the older side. Both mornings we were there the breakfast area had no coffee. The staff was apologetic, but they had no coffee to brew. Whoever was in charge of supplying the kitchen with coffee apparently did not do their job.

Great experience, you get value for what you pay.

Hotel staff were great, the room was clean, shower had good pressure and hot water, AC worked great, parking was free and the free breakfast was very good.

Everything was great, the only thing that was missing was a bathroom exhaust fan. The room smelled musty and felt a bit humid since moisture stays in the room.

The location proximity to what I wanted to do was good.

It was not clean. The towels were thread bare. The continental breakfast was over run with gnats. The hot water for tea was unavailable due to repairs. The room smells musty. Under UV light it was terrifying. I spent the first night cleaning the walls

Amazing stay, staff great, perfectly situated, clean and tidy.

Room was fantastic, the lady helping at the front desk allowed me to choose where I wanted to be in the hotel. Room 412 was mine and it was great. Really clean and very spacious. Can't thank everyone enough that works there! Fantastic service and will come back again!

Feels like home from home when in Austin.

Room was perfectly situated and it was extremely clean! All staff were really helpful throughout the stay and the breakfast was really nice as well! I actually have a few more stays in the area and I won't be staying anywhere else, feels like home from home!

Breakfast wasn't the warmest but that could be a me problem, I am sure if I'd have asked they would have got everything sorted for me.

It had bit of a musty smell. There were spider webs in the corner of my room. They had a cricket problem for a bit as well.

Clean and comfortable. Great value for this location near the University of Texas.

For the money, this was a great booking. Only complaint was they asked us to check-in online before arrival, then made us do it all over again once we arrived. $100 deposit was more than I am used to paying but I expect to get it all back.

Yes, when we first got there the room we went in the air conditioner didn’t work. The room smell so bad. It was horrible that they had to switch us to a different room. The second room. It was OK. It didn’t smell bad and the air conditioner worked. It was a lot better than that first room.

Well, we came there to enjoy the pool area. The pool was not even open due to working on the pool but never seen nobody working on the pool. I was there for I think four days never was able to enjoy the pool. Supposed to came with a bar. The bar was never open. It was always close.

Hands down the smell of the elevators. Instructions weren’t followed by housekeeping. I asked for extra towels & extra blanket. Housekeeping only knocked at door with 1 towel and no blanket.

Unfortunately A disappointing stay :-/

I want you to say good things because I had stayed here before but it has declined for me. And it wasn’t a great stay.

The upkeep is not at what I expected from a Ramada. The dining is limited and i had to ask for my room key card to be fixed twice and I was at the 4 floor, the last room in the hall. After a long day it wasn’t ideal. There was a homeless individual that tried to enter the back elevator as I exited but thankfully the police had already been notified of the person so they were there to take care of it. The hotel is a outdated compared to others around it.

Nothing special to note we were just looking for a reasonably priced stay during a convention that we had to work at.

This place was just barely average at best, the halls smelled extremely musky mixed with weed, which was embarrassing to explain to my 15 year old for the 1st time what that smell was. The couch in our room was a joke, I promise your dog wouldn't even sleep on! Don't waste your time and money on this place. it not worth it....there is plenty of better places to stay!

All good, Austin is a great place!

The staff was amazing, very friendly and always ready to help, i can fully recommend this place to everyone else, its situated perfectly, near to Congress Avenue, near to the river, near to downtown, etc. The quality-price value of this hotel is top, its clean, its safe, its quiet, no hassle, just great, thanks and see you again soon!

The USA have become very expensive, too expensive, but i dont talk about this hotel, but in general. If you have time to find out where to go, where to get good quality-price value, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. it helps definitely.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Outdoor is not clean. Google maps point to back gate directions and the back gate is closed. Should check with google on correcting directions. Rest is good.

Homeless people roaming around the area. When I came back to sleep, the fourth floor hall way stanked, reeked of marijuana. We complained to the lobby, they said it happens a lot and they would look into it.

Staff was wonderful and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, pool was nice. We were disappointed to arrive and be told that there is no breakfast even though it was advertised as breakfast included. It was part of the reason we booked here. Y’all need to adjust that listing, since there’s no breakfast.
