My stay was very inconvenient, disappointing and a risk.

I liked the kitchenette in the room and the size of the bathroom.

I didn’t like that they did not serve breakfast due to something being wrong with the kitchen. The staff wouldn’t say why or what was wrong. No breakfast on either day. It was very inconvenient and upsetting because the “included breakfast “ was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there since I need to take medicines with food. I had to go buy breakfast every morning instead just to be able to take my meds.

Hotel feels cleaner and nicer than the next door neighbor (Staybridge).

I guess they don’t have enough staff to bring up something to your room you have to go to the lobby yourself. Breakfast wasn’t worth it and staff could be friendlier.

Perfect, inexpensive stay near airport

We needed a value priced room near the airport for an overnight stay in Austin. This place was perfect. All of the staff including the maintenance guys who I met in parking lot were so nice.

Great, affordable place to stay

If you're traveling to Austin and want a clean, affordable stay, look no further. TownPlace Suites is conveniently located off I-35 by several restaurants, businesses, and a movie theater, but without the noise of a bustling city. Upon entering my room, I found a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, DISHWASHER, microwave, range, coffee maker, and toaster oven. In the drawers were utensils and cooking utensils, cooking pans, a bowl, and other necessities. The closet had an iron, ironing board, and plenty of room for clothing (plus drawers). There was a sofa as well. The restroom had full-size body wash, shampoo, and conditioner along with travel size soap and moisturizer. They also provided a hairdryer. There were USB charger ports (no c) on each side of the bed and plenty of outlets. We had a semi view. There is a gym, free parking, and continental breakfast was provided, all for a very affordable price. The staff is very friendly. They sell snacks and convenience food in the lobby. It was a hair pricey, but when you're in a pinch, what do you do. Check-in and check out times are those of olden days. You cannot find check-in and checkout times like theirs anywhere anymore. I don't know what else you could ask for. I have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend this place and our stay was great! 10/10!

The breakfast was great, with a nice variety of options. Parking was easy and convenient, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. It's also in a great location, just a short walk to several restaurants.

My only complaint was that the pillows were too soft, and unfortunately there were no extras available when I asked the front desk.

Horrible housekeeping experience

Housekeeping did not finish cleaning the room and left. They left dirty towels and garbage in the room. They even left our door open. Luckily we did not lose any valuable. Also we were given room 100 which is quite a bit smaller than advertised. The closet is inside the bathroom (very inconvenient). Other rooms of the same type has the closet outside of the bathroom and the room size matches what was advertised. We will not return to this property.

This Hotel is nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. Those are the most important to me.

I really liked the quietness at this hotel. I appreciated the clean room, comfortable bed, and the helpful staff. I liked the layout of the room, the nice bathroom and full size kitchen. I also liked the area it is located, safe and secure, not noisy, unattractive or unsafe. I would have used the pool and exercise room but did not have time.

I did not like being charged for parking, did not see the purpose for that.

the receptionist who welcomed me was very kind and made her best to ensure a comfortable staying. the gym has essential equipment, and the pool is comfortable as well as the laundry.

very poor breakfast. in 3 days, they came just one day to make my room, and made 1 sole bed out of 2. there were guests with cats, so there was a bad smell of cats’ food along the corridor.
