Great for a 1-2 day stay.

Breakfast was good and simple. Staff was also very friendly. Location is great! You have a Walmart down the street, coffee, and fast-food very close by as well.

My hotel room could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. There were handprints on the headboard, hair in the shower and multiple stains on the wall. I had to clean it up and disinfect with my own supplies.

The covers had dirt spots and the carpet was dirty the pillows was worn out ... no blankets on one bed only sheets... it wasn't up to part at all...

Good location and breakfast - rooms were not very clean and the bug situation was disgusting.

We liked the breakfast and the location.

Room was not clean - crumbs on the floor, cobwebs and dirt in back of bed. We requested a room change in the middle of the night due to a large cockroach in the room.The second room was better. We frequently used the stairs during our stay - alerted the front desk to dead bugs on the floor in the stairwell.

Mjuch more restful after moving to another room away from the traffic noise.

Staff was great about changing to a less nosy room the 2nd night.

Barely got any rest/sleep the first night because of traffic noise from the interstate on the west side of the hotel.

Easy to find and good location.

Check in was easy and the staff member was efficient and helpful. Finding the hotel was easy.

Parking was a little difficult. There were several large trucks parked across several spots in an already small parking lot. There is a large lot that can be used nearby but technically not hotel property. Perhaps asking large vehicles to park there would be better.

The whole stay was amazing! They really made us feel very welcomed and comfortable! Breakfast was delicious freshly made! The beds wee so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud!

the carpets were all stained up and rough. the bed was not comfortable at all. I didn’t feel safe due to all the people hanging outside of the hotel. only one enterance was working at the time of my stay. there wasn’t enough parking except around the back of the hotel and it wasn’t lit very well.

The breakfast was awesome. So many different food options. We loved the big fresh Texas waffles. I choose this hotel because it had the better reviews on Google than the other low cost hotels. I was on a budget. It was clean and had plenty of towels. It was easy to find, using my GPS. It was close by an HEB and Dollar General, which I loved. My family loved it. The staff was very nice and they cared. The TV had some good channels to watch.

The slippery tub. Had to put a towel on the bottom, because we all slipped, when it was our turn to take a shower. I didn't like that I couldn't fully close the curtains. I wish the check out time was at 12pm or 1pm. (I just wanted to sleep in more, lol)

Disappointing

The hotel was close to my work conference and reasonably priced. It appeared to be new and Nice online.

The bathroom in my first room was dirty with urine stains running down the wall. The shower floor was brown with dirt. The second room bathroom had no towels and had soap scum on the walls. The third room had a dirty refrigerator, but i didn’t worry with it as I wasn’t using it. I requested room service at the front desk on Wednesday morning, but returned to a room that had not been touched.

Alex, the lady who worked there on March 11th at 11PM, said, "We dont have a room for you". She was adamant about ti and did not let me talk to manager. Then I called customer support and they called them to assign me a room. There was a shady thing going on between her and the manager to not assign a room. The housekeeping was poorly scheduled. Breakfast was horrible.
